It’s a food trailer set up. And it’s the best rated place in the area for a reason. If you just want a really good bbq meat for your lunch or dinner. This is what you should do. I took mine to go and sat in the park around the corner. Pulled pork sandwich was stuffed thick and the vinegar based sauce that came with it was enough for a splash per bite. My wife liked the brisket so much she skipped the bun all together … I used her bun to make myself two pulled pork sandwiches…..

My apartment doesn’t allow any type of smoker so I’ve been craving bbq lately. Found this place in wall on my way back to Rapid. Got the chicken thighs, ribs, and Mac n cheese. Ribs were a bit too tough for my liking but my goodness the flavor profile is definitely there. Definitely will be going back again.

We stopped here on our way home. It’s easy to access from the freeway and keeps you out of the Wall Drug crazy! The owners were really friendly, the food was amazing. My kids (7&9) loved eating from a food truck! They had some seating with umbrellas.
