⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Must-visit for Soup and Croissants!
I recently stopped by Butterhead Salad Company in Beacon, and I was blown away. If you are looking for a comforting lunch, this is the spot.
First off, the croissants are incredible—honestly, they might be the freshest I have ever tasted. They are perfectly flaky and buttery.
As for the soups, they are excellent across the board. I tried the Chicken Noodle, which was good and very satisfying, but the Broccoli Cheddar is the real star here. It is absolutely amazing—rich, flavorful, and easily one of the best I’ve had.
Definitely worth a stop if you are in town!
The Quinoa and Salad options look appetizing as well. But we just wanted soup.

This is a fantastic food spot! The menu is bright, creative and healthy. The portions are generous, so keep that in mind. Cozy interior but inside seating is limited. The owner and her daughter make a great team.

Butterhead, your chicken Caesar wrap is tasty…BUT you wrap making skills are a disaster. Every wrap is overstuffed and impossible to eat. The whole point of a wrap is that its hand held. I would love to just once eat this without needing a knife and fork because it exploded.

Today, on Thursday, April 25th, 2024, my friend had a Cobb Salad and I had a Mediterranean Salad with grilled chicken (for an extra charge). I also had a freshly brewed large coffee. Their greens looked and tasted like they freshly picked from a garden! I recommend that you come early when they open at 11:30 AM as they fill up very quickly (they are a small quaint restaurant), and their phone becomes busy with call-in orders. I was so impressed that I bought my friend a gift card so that he and his girlfriend could enjoy Butterhead Salad Company for themselves!

As customer service goes… Butterhead is tops. They aim to please. Try the croissant they are the best I’ve had. Salad made fresh the way you want it. They have soups. I like the lobster bisque but I heard the vegetable soup and the squash is also good. You can call in your order but you will have to pick it up. It’s worth the trip tho

We each had a wrap and chips and a drink and our wraps were colorful, fresh, healthy and delicious. I got the spinach and feta with a tomato basil wrap and my friend got a falafel spinach wrap. Highly recommend this place for lunch.
