This cafe is super cute! I was visiting Fort Collins and decided to stop by for lunch. It has a super cute atmosphere. They offer a variety of drinks from coffees to smoothie. All with vegan milk options. I tried the mango smoothie which was really good. They have breakfast and lunch food options. I enjoyed their garden veggie sandwich and asked them to replace the cheese with hummus to make it vegan. They have another sandwich that can be made vegan by just asking. Would definitely recommend stopping at this place for breakfast or lunch. I will eat here again next time I’m in Fort Collins.

Absolutely love Butterfly! This has been a weekly stop for our household since I first discovered it 4 years ago. You can never go wrong here. The sandwiches are amazing—the focaccia bread is SO good, and if you’re gluten intolerant like me they also use good gluten free bread. My go-to is the lunchbox! It’s a sandwich, cookie (today was a fresh baked oatmeal raisin), a bag of Boulder chips, and your choice of drink—I suggest the hibiscus refresher. They also make great breakfast, awesome coffee, and refreshing and nourishing smoothies! This is hands down one of the best little spots in Fort Collins. Bonus?! The tomato soup. Best. In. Town.

This little gem is what every neighborhood needs….a way of bringing the community together. Outdoor seating if you would like, while you sip on one of their many great coffee options. I also had the breakfast tacos and at first glance I had almost wished there were three, but, these two fill you up indeed! My friend had the Ham, Egg and Pesto Sandwich. He said the Pesto was the right amount and had great flavor! Make sure to visit these super nice people. Their customer service shines! We were passing through town and wanted to grab a quick breakfast. We found this place on Google and decided to drive 2 miles out of our way to try it. We both had the breakfast sandwich, mine with gluten free bread. My friend got a muffin as well. They were all soooo delicious! If we lived here we would eat at this place often.

Seriously, this place is such a gem! Got the mushroom sandwich and added turkey – so delicious! The portions are generous too, which is great. Watch out for that Dragon Latte though – it packs a punch!
