A lovely and charming café tucked away on a side street, yet right in the heart of Hinckley town.
My first impression was very positive ~ both the interior and exterior seating areas were clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and polite, making the visit even more enjoyable.
The menu offered a good variety of food choices. We had breakfast, and the portions were generous, served hot and delicious.
While there is no dedicated parking for the café, there are plenty of free street parking spots nearby, as well as a couple of large car parks within easy walking distance.
Overall, a delightful spot to relax and enjoy a tasty meal!

We went to celebrate my birthday. The table had a birthday banner on it and we had a lovely welcome.. Our afternoon tea came and it looked delicious and was delicious. The sandwiches, cheese quiche and cakes were all home made. They did a personal touch with one of the cakes with a little candle.
The tearoom was really relaxing, clean and the cups and plates all matched. It is up a walk way but very quiet and easy to get to. There was plenty of tea and we had coffee which was in with the price. A lovely afternoon was had by all.

Had afternoon tea with my Mum here. It was delightful, the homemade quiche was so tasty. Loved the vintage bone china everything was served in and the cream and jam served in aperitif glasses was a lovely touch. Couldn’t eat it all though so took the leftovers home. I’ll be going back for a lunch there so I can try one of the cakes or gateaux that looked so gorgeous

The food here is nice, the sandwiches are alwyas kinda dry and tough to swallow though. Teas lovely staff are polite and attentive. Decore is cozy but light. Come here a few times now still enjoy it. The staff asked if we needed telling what anything was and I said no really bluntly which I really didnt intend to and felt very bad about after, my brain was just like nah I can see everything on the plates ‘No’ not even a no thankyou haha. Again sorry guys .

We booked in for a savoury afternoon tea for my friends birthday. On arrival we were greeted warmly, and a birthday banner had been added to our table without request which was a lovely touch. The food was incredible, and very generous portion. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. We will definetly be back.

We celebrated our Ruby Anniversary here on Sunday. Absolutely fantastic! Service was excellent nothing too much trouble and you were all so good with our grandchildren. The food was also excellent, everything was so fresh and delicious. Being able to have the tea room for a private function was just what we wanted and the location was perfect for everyone. Lovely place , first time visiting. We had the afternoon tea booked in.
They even made my portion of the food vegetarian , and the rest was normal food.
Loved the selection of food and cakes.
Also I had cups of teas but others in my party had coffees as well.

My husband treated us to an afternoon tea for my birthday. Food was great, very well presented. Service was very friendly from all staff. The tea room itself is beautifully decorated and very cosy. We had a look at the other menu options for when we return and the breakfast choices look great as well as lunch options. Highly recommend but definitely book a table to save disappointment when they are busy.
