Leaving Jackson on our way to Idaho Falls and we stopped in Victor for this spot. My family has gone here before without me and they said it’s a must so we did on our trip over the summer.
Came at around 11 AM on a Saturday and they were a little busy but we managed to get a table. Our waitress was SUPER nice and attentive to our table.
I got the Carnivore’s Burrito as my entree and also went the extra mile to get it smothered in gravy. Overall, I was at a loss for words. This was hands down the best burrito I’ve ever eaten. The eggs and bacon were cooked great, the tortilla was soft and held together well and the gravy was out of this world. It was indeed a HUGE burrito and I was unable to finish it all.
Overall, if you’re passing through Victor, you HAVE to stop at Butter. It is worth it. I’ll be back.

Absolutely amazing food and service! We loved the fig and walnut stuff French toast and the carnivore burrito! Our server was very attentive and always kept our drinks full. Butter Cafe is now at the very top of my list to recommend to our vacation rental guests!

Fantastic breakfast! Treat yourself to an excellent breakfast that is also out of the norm.
They have a few standard American breakfast options, which were excellent. But the items with a Mexican flair are the most outstanding. I had the breakfast street tacos, which were outstanding and more food than I could eat, and I eat large portions. The beignets are excellent. There were 9 in total, 3 of each flavor.

I had the carnivore burrito with the street salsa; it was delicious. It had crunch and lots of flavor. My wife had the Italian breakfast sandwich with prosciutto; extremely flavorful with toasted bread. Had fresh squeezed OJ, coffee and my wife had 2 lattes. Service was great. It was very busy, so we ate outside in their patio area. The views were wonderful.

Butter Cafe is a MUST if you are in Victor! We got the Carnivore Burrito with poblano sausage gravy and it was incredible! The Cowboy bowl was delicious as well and a lot of food! We also appreciated the super friendly staff. Highly recommend!

The reviews are true! This place ROCKS! Traveled from SLC to visit the tetons and jackson and stopped here on our way home. Our waitress, Stephanie, was so sweet, caring, and fun! She gave great recommendations, checked in with us throughout, and even offered us a coffee for the drive back home on the way out the door. We got the chilaquiles and the biscuits and gravy and both were absolutely phenomenal. The space is small so expect a wait. Ours was only about 20 minutes but the quaint atmosphere, stellar services, and delicious food make it all worth the wait!

Super cute cafe with a very friendly staff. Every time we drove by there was a wait outside and the Sunday we went was no different – we had to wait about 30 minutes but they use a text system so you can walk around or wait in your car and not have to stand just outside. My husband had the egg sandwich which was huge and according to him, delicious. He was able to take half of it home for leftovers. My son had the Cowboy Bowl and while he didn’t love the pork belly – he said it was a bit dry – he did say the flavor was really good. I loved my eggs and sausage but their hash browns were not my favorite. To be fair, everyone else in my party thought I was crazy.

Had one of the best breakfast experiences here at Butter Cafe. First time in the area and food was fantastic. I got the birria huevos rancheros which was so delicious, but I think what made the experience so unique was our server Stephanie! She brought our dog a piece of cooked bacon! They take care of the canines first, then the humans So fun. You’re missing out if you’re not dining here.

We ate here at 7am two mornings in a row. They have delicious gluten free bread and gluten free breakfast tacos! I loved it. It didn’t upset my sensitive stomach at all. We came at opening and didn’t have to wait and had a large group.

This place was cozy and friendly. We were greeted the time that we walked in and tables were available all around. My husband got the breakfast tacos (3 of them and they are huge) and he loved them! I got the pancakes and egg sandwich. It was a croissant with egg, cheese and bacon. It was one of the best sandwiches that I’ve had and I’m from the South where flavor is everywhere! 10 out of 10 recommend
