First time here. Very friendly and welcoming staff, and the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, we found the reviews about the burritos are true – they are mostly lettuce and hardly any meat. For $10, the value and quality just aren’t there for the customer. It was the type of food that should be at the $5 price point for a quick grab and go at a good value. The chicken burrito tasted oddly sweet which wasn’t to our liking, but that may be the medium salsa we chose. We will try again in the future – the kind staff and quick service earned another visit – but if the other items on the menu are the same, we won’t return a third time. A burrito at a full service Mexican restaurant is just a dollar more but much higher quality.

Blandest food I’ve ever had. Got the famous burrito and it was 90% lettuce. Couldn’t tell if there was any meat in it at all. The service was great and very fast but I could have rapped some lettuce in a tortilla pretty quick too.

Butch’s is a staple in my family we have eaten butch’s since I was little Everytime my aunt and Uncle come to visit we gotta get butch’s it’s tradition! So now I take my kids to Butch’s just because I need some nachos or a paquito! The food is always good, the staff is always great! Since I was 10 years old we’d swing by the beach and grab a beef and cheese burrito. We miss Butch, but love the crew that carries in his legacy.
Get the hot sauce, it’s the best.
Really you can’t go wrong, just keep a restroom nearby after if you have a certain response to hot spicy burritos like I do .
I think I lose 5 pounds when I eat here!

I absolutely love this place and have been going there for years. I was in there yesterday and noticed that they were selling their salsa in jars. I bought a hot one, that is my favorite. It goes great with some locally made tortilla chips. I will definitely be back soon for another jar of salsa and a burrito.
