We ordered the tripe and beef tongue to start and they both were incredible and full of flavour! For our mains we ordered the liver and beef tenderloin and that too was full of flavour and incredible! The atmosphere felt like we were in a farmhouse and completely authentic, we loved every moment of our experience! The wine we ordered was from the region and some of the best we’ve had! Excellent food and service! One of the best restaurants in Verona!

We had a great evening at the Butcher. The service was really friendly and efficient, the view on the kitchen very nice. Food wise, the wine was incredible, the meat perfect, we enjoyed everything we ordered. It’s rare that a specialized restaurant (meat) does good desserts, and our tiramisu was If you want a break from the classic trattorias, I definitely recommend.

There were places in Verona that made me feel like an imposition as a solo diner, but not Butcher. Service was exceptional and the food was divine. Butcher is passionate about the provenance of its produce and the staff are highly knowledgeable about everything on both the food menu and the wine menu, right down to the best Amaro to finish your night with. Highly recommended

The meat here is on another level. You get to choose your own cut of meat, which is then shown to you for your approval before they cook it for you.
I was fortunate enough to try the Caprichio and the La Duchessa Di Wolf, admittedly the two best steaks I have ever had. It was very bold to just showcase the meat without any salt when it came out but you get some flaky salt to season it to your liking which just elevates the meat beautifully.
The service was exceptional, with the servers being very knowledgable and welcoming. Also a very extensive wine list. Would highly recommend!

We went there for dinner and let me tell you. The atmosphere was great, the music was between the 80s, some Rock , just right for the night. The service was A+ , they spoked Italian and English making it really easy for us. We took the butcher tasting menu and it was stellar. We started with “ offered by the house “ fried meatballs made of aged beef on a sweet and sour sauce that was “ pungente “ and just spot on, as appetizer we had 3 meatballs on a carbonara airy and fluffy cream souce with some onions ( I think those were like pickled and caramelized ) or maybe the guanciale was caramelized I couldn’t understand it and fresh micro basil with home made warm bread and focaccia, for first dish we had homemade pappardelle al ragù ( with aged meet sauce ) and grana padano ( a more Nordic version of parmigian cheese ) and as main course we had the ultimate steak , 1kg 2 inches steak, bone in cooked as it should be nice and red in the center with roasted potatoes and a paprika mayo . We were suggested to try some red wine that was epic with this meal 😉 … we couldn’t finish everything and at that point came the pre dessert , a white chocolate blue cheese ball with a vinegary reduction that surprised me like “ omg “ this was just what i wanted after such a rich meal . We finished with the tiramisu that was great but a bit too wet for my taste even if the flavors were on point. We are going to make this restaurant one of ours place to go for dinners . Really outstanding service , extremely nice and talented young chefs and a super quality of meats . I saw they serve many special cuts and types of meat life “ diaframma “ and “ Wagyu “ Japanese beef . If you know you know . Thank you for the great dinner guys we will be back with more friends next time ☝
