Moved into the area a week ago from St Augustine FL, this place is great, they don’t shake the spoon at the Butcher Block Cafe, bring your appetite because they hook it up,
We ordered the 3 chicken strips and fries and couldn’t finish our dinner, the chicken strips are big and the bag of fries was also very big as well, I could barely finish them, but they were so good I forced them down.
We will be enjoying this spot for many years to come now that we live just a couple blocks away.

They absolutely have the best slaw around. I love the fine slaw and not the chunky slaw. I also love their fried catfish, it is so good. I’ll be trying other things here also. It was good and inexpensive, we had half hot and half bold sauce wings, the stew, onion rings, and coleslaw. The coleslaw was good, not too much mayo, which I like, the stew was not my favorite, but edible. The wings were juicy and sauces were good. The onion rings were crispy and decent.
