Stopped for a late lunch with kids. Everything on the menu sounded absolutely delicious it was hard to decide what to get. We got the chicken wings with Cajun dry rub. The rib wasn’t overly spicy, but had really good flavor and the flavor went past the bark down through the meat, VERY good! Kids got the homemade Mac & cheese and my 4 year old said it was GREAT! Hubby got the People’s Choice Platter and he loved everything on it. The brisket was incredibly juicy! He said everything was really good, but the brisket, sauce, and Mac & cheese stood out. I had the Papa’s Brisket sandwich with chips and it was so good! I could have used extra creamed cheese & extra pepper jelly on it, but I like it saucy!! Then sandwich had really good flavor and everything was balanced really well. The chips were awesome! For just being the normal side, I could have taken a bag to go!
Drinks were yummy! Bartender let us sample some beers to find one I loved! They also make their own Root Beer, Mini Donut Cream Side, Ginger Ale, & Black Cherry Soda. The cream soda was SO good, had to grab one to go!
Atmosphere was very chill!

Stopped in for a bite after a hockey game and WOW, what food!!! The brisket melts in your mouth and the hot links are the best I’ve had in ages!! Thanks right up there with OMC in Duluth, MN, and D’s Smokehouse in Zimmerman, MN!! Attached to Lift Bridge Brewings’ taproom. Their house-made Root Beer was a decent pairing, but on its own lacked a little oomph. The pricing is s bit high, but again, the food was phenomenal.

I’m is sales and travel and take customers out to eat all over and the meal my wife and I shared was so incredibly good/great/awesome!!! The turkey was so moist, the chicken had so much flavor, and the brisket was soooo good!! The candied jalapeños were so uniquely incredible – sweet and nice heat :). We met the owner Corey – great guy and obviously takes great pride in his work and modestly proud of it. What a great date night. And if you want a beer or drink they share the building with Lift Bridge brewery for a great selection :). FYI – the food truck is outside for events but the kitchen and food is inside

Absolutely incredible BBQ! The brisket at Busted Knuckle BBQ is hands down some of the best I’ve ever had — tender, perfectly smoked, and packed with flavor. You can tell they take real pride in their craft. The sides were spot on too, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. If you’re anywhere near New Richmond, this place is 100% worth the stop. Easily my go-to for brisket in western Wisconsin!

I bought bbq and Mac and cheese from your place tonight for my husband’s birthday and we were blown away! Haven’t tasted bbq like that since we were in Jamaica. The quality ingredients and culinary processes really come through. Fantastic job Busted Knuckles Team! We will be back again.
