I recommend adding cheese and buttered grits and fried pickles to the menu. Also 32oz and 64oz to go cups would be amazing.
I would consider a great new location, maybe at 1466 Columbia hwy North, Aiken sc?
I tried the strawberry cake. Great price for the slice, just tasted artificial. I usually don’t eat hush puppies because of the meally taste and the onions inside (texture), but HERE…I can eat them all day. My favorite, sweat and soft. Prices are always great! OBSERVE THE WAITERS & HOW HARD THEY WORK…THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB WITH A SMILE…TIP THE WAITERS, COMPLIMENT THE CHEF! Keep up the great work for making this place AWESOME!
I’ve been here alot with family. And they have good combo and family packages. Food is always hot and staff are always welcoming. They have music and TV entertainment. Tea and lemonade are always sweet and good. Short of staff and there is always a 35min-50 min wait.
The food is good, hot and worth the wait though. Call ahead for lunch as this place gets busy. Parking is small and not marked. Tip the staff. They do a great job here. Everything is always hot and fresh and you get your money’s worth. I hope that one day someone would invest in this place and expand the building to more indoor/outdoor seating and parking. That would be fantastic. I support the cause!

The breamis my favorite. It definitely gives me great memories of fishing with my dad. We loved to catch bream, then have them for dinner a few days later.

I was visiting from Charlotte NC……..my granddaughter recommended this establishment. The food was delicious but the serving amount for the side item was ridiculous…… not enough in those small white cups ( that’s usually used for condiments) for a toddler. SHAME ON YOU…..

Quaint neighborhood restaurant. Great service and hot food. The hushpuppies are more of a funnel cake taste than cornmeal. The catfish isn’t seasoned and the flounder is just ok.

1st time here. The restaurant is small, but it has a hometown feel. The waitress was super nice and accommodating. It was 12 of us that got there at 6:30. They close at 730. Our food came out, fresh, hot, and plentiful. I ordered the seafood combo with fried shrimp, catfish, turnip greens, and mac and cheese. The only thing I didn’t like were the greens were too sweet for my taste buds. So I gave them to someone else in our group that likes them sweet.

After seeing what Bush’s restaurant offered online, my wife and I just had go see and taste for ourselves. The atmosphere and the owners were both very nice. And the menu was all that! We both ordered a bream dinner…my wife got a two piece and I got a three piece. Quite possibly the BEST bream we’ve ever had! SO GOOD! Upon leaving, my wife told one of the owners the only thing she’d do differently the next time (and there will be a next time! ) was she’d get the three piece…AND she’d get an order to go!
