This afternoon my boyfriend decided to get lunch from this bushes for him and I before we have to go work and he had a horrible experience with an employee. He asks politely if he could half fries/half okra with one of the meals and the gentleman disrespectfully says “We don’t do that here”. He comes home, tells me about his experience and was pretty upset about it. Just to make the situation worse, he opens the boxes jsut to find that the gentleman gave each meal a very small portion of each side. His attitude was very unnecessary and the service absolutely disappointing.

Normally I do not put out bad reviews but I was extremely disappointed today eating at the Bush’s Chicken in China Spring.
My wife has eaten there on an average of twice a week since they have open and have not had any kind of trouble or complaints.
Unfortunately this experience had us ordering a six tender meal with an extra roll.
As you can see by the attached pictures the rolls were burnt and there wasn’t but about half of the bag of okra field and the chicken was quite cold and extremely small thin pieces.
Granted when we call them after we left on the road they offered for us to come back and give us a 25% discount coupon but with the cost of fuel being what it is by the time we heard back we are already 10 miles away or more.
I don’t believe we will be giving them our business for a while.

Had very unfortunate experience this past week with 2 large strands of shoe being inside of child meal. Instead owning up to what was clear mistake. The manager Sharon told my spouse and myself that because we didn’t bring the food back same day. Nothing could be done, which ironic being that we called 2x the same day as we don’t live in the area. As we read the review we see this common issue, no care about the clientele actually funding your business!

This place is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I have NO idea how they are still in business. I give every place I visit 3 chances. And every time I’ve been here over the past year, has been an utterly an absolute fail in food quality and service. The tea literally tastes like it’s been made in a dishwasher and has been sitting for a week. The chicken is dry, old, and cold. The fries are old and hard as a rock. The only thing decent this place has to offer that is eatable is rolls and their overpriced and premade gravy.
And I don’t get the point of employees asking if we want condiments and not give them. Why ask if you aren’t going to give them? I mean, it’s not even that you were busy. The employees were too busy talking. So much and so loud that I could hear their conversation through the window. We were the only one there. And waiting for almost 10 minutes for a waste of time, money, and my patience.
It’s no wonder this place is always hiring. Who wants to work for a company like this?
I will NOT be returning back to this particular store. I’d rather drive 20 minutes out and go to one who knows how to run a restaurant efficiently and correctly.

Sharon the manager was nasty on the phone. My mother was eating okra and there was a bone in her okra. Mind you we had chicken strips. They admitted that recently several of their meals have had bones in them with chicken strips. Which seems odd and something to be concerned about. When I told her we bought several meals and I just wanted the one meal refund to due to the issue, they refused to. She decided to educate me instead by saying that “okra is a plant” and “well I don’t know what to tell you”. Awful customer service. We won’t be back and I will be reporting them to the country health department. Anyone having issues can do the same.

If i could leave no stars, i would for taste alone. The cost was high, and food had no flavor at all. We just moved to Texas so we wanted to try it the only thing that tasted good was bread. The people was nice but i would cook before I would go back.. crazy i don’t even leave reviews.

Just keeps getting worse for more money. Order 6 strips and some poppers. Got 5 “strips,” only one of which was longer than my pinkie…. And I had to wait “6 minutes” because they were “out”….You are CHICKEN establishment. The food tasted great, and if math, time, and value were not a part of the equation………….
