I try not to go through the inside anymore because I’ve always seen things that were sketchy. Finally the nasty toilet smell has been fixed but I saw an employee eating then handling food. I saw an employee cough open mouth on the prep station. There was also an employee just hanging out on their phone. Then they also handled food. Phones are not sanitary. Most of the employees look well-dressed the store looks clean but all this stuff can still get people sick. Also don’t have anything against beards but at least have them wear a beard guard, unkept scraggly looking beards will drop hair into food and food crumbs that hot lodeged in the beard while they were eating.

Honestly, I have no clue how this place is in business. I got to the drive through at 7:10 PM. It is now 7:59 PM. and still havent received my order. Took 30 mins just to get my order taken. There were 4 cars in front of me. Cant wait for Golden Chick to open up, because this is ridiculous.

I asked for the fried chicken they told me it’d be a 10 minute to 15 minute wait. I asked so you guys have the chicken tenders ready then so it’ll be faster? The order taker said yes, my order still took 20 minutes. The chicken tenders are tough and dry. The buffalo chicken sitting on top of the fries is great but the fries are undercooked, cold. My soda tastes weird. The order taker was not friendly but not rude more monotone than anything. I’m sure they can be better not sure what’s going first time trying this place won’t be coming back. Super dark outside also at night. Looks like the outside lights don’t work accident waiting to happen. Oh and they forgot my dipping sauce! Wow.
Update: Frienliness in DT still non existent. My recent trips I’ve come inside and it smells like toilet mixed with air freshiner. Dirty dine in wall. The two twin looking cooks are gross. Touching their pants and phones the handling utensils and food. Love the buffalo chicken fries but I should have stayed in DT. Makes me nauseous seeing the inside.

Overall buffalo fries were good, everything was good but the tea, usually I never have an issue so ordered a gallon of tea to take home. And for some reason was thick with a consistency with a slimy consistency, thought it was just to much sugar but it was bad tea, bacteria as I got sore throat after trying. Just check your tea, otherwise great chicken tenders and rolls.

I always order the medium buffalo fries and so when I got home I got the small size box when I paid $34 dollars and some change for 1 large box and another medium box along with some other items so I’m pretty dissappointed to find out that i got a small box.

Very tasty and crunchy fried chicken and tenders.
The gizzards are good specially when you add the seasoned salt.
The inside isn’t kept clean. Tables, floor, chairs are always dirty.
December 2022 Update
The food is still very crunchy and tasty. The prices are a bit higher than when I had originally reviewed and posted.
Staff is courteous enough. This time it was cleaner than before.
The drive thru is still inefficient, however you’ll wait about the same inside depending on how busy it is .
Overall it’s good enough for that occasional crunchy fried chicken taste.

I went to eagle pass bush and they have a server cooking he doesn’t know what he is doing i wait for 30 minutes I ask for manager and they only have team leaders closing by there self bad management bad service
