Store Victoria was clean and the service was great! The soft drinks were not tasting great. Too much carbonation taste. The chicken tenders were good but a little on the salty side for me. I absolutely love the rolls but this time they were not fresh and hot. The green beans were good.

I said it’s my opinion I love the service here and I will keep continuing to come and eat tasty fried chicken,All the way from corpus. She told me to go to Moo Moos if I wanted fried chicken. Ordered food. Got home and sat down, son bit into his piece of chicken and there was glass inside of it and his mouth. Called and was told that they don’t have anything with glass inside the store? We just wanted them to be aware of this so it didn’t happen to someone else. This is unacceptable and then they hung up/disconnected the phone.

Absolutely terrible experience at Bush’s Chicken. The customer service was practically nonexistent. The staff was rude, inattentive, and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. My order was wrong, and when I tried to get someone’s attention in the drive-thru, everyone ignored me. I even called the restaurant hoping someone would pick up—no answer. I had to drive back around just to be disrespected by the young employees working there. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be returning.

A nice chain for fried chicken with ice cream on tap, The corn nuggets were sweet like actual corn. The gizzards and livers were delicious. Everything is hot and fresh.
The staff were fantastically welcoming to a homeless man, which I applaud, and expect from decent people.
Soda machines are a bit lacking in choice, and you have to ask for refills..let me refill my own drink, please.
