Just left 12/07/2025 around 4pm..sat in drive through 10 minutes with no other cars in line. Nobody came out to assist us just stood at window and did not come out. I would advise that management/ownership find some folks that actually want to work. Prior to this have had several bad experiences but this is just really disappointing. How hard is it to shove some chicken tenders in a box and take my money?? Please improve or leave town so we can actually get a decent restaurant in your place

This business did everything right. Its the small things that make it. Didn’t get the man’s name bug he shared that it was his and his dad’s birthday. Told me where he was from and a commonality surfaced. Different when hot making an order and person is reading off a card. Its this type of business sense that goes a long way. The food was awesome. Chicken cooked perfectly, the rolls, French fries everything was perfect and fresh. Restrooms clean, everything was in order.

Today I tried the chicken fried steak, I had fries and a jalapeño. I gotta say it was very delicious, great flavor, not a lot of breading, it was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. If you’re looking for something quick and a little different than chicken and tenders, then I recommend giving this a try. You won’t be disappointed!
Edit: Tried this again and everything I said previously still stands. However this time I sampled their red beans and rice. I gotta say that I really enjoyed it. The flavor hits your taste buds and explodes in your mouth. No need to add anything to it except hot sauce if you like your red beans and rice a little spicy. The rice is cooked perfectly, and the beans are smooth and really the star of the show.

I will not be stopping at this establishment any longer..all four tenders fit on my son’s hand AND you could still see the whole hand. If this business was “sent smaller tenders”, then there could have been some compensation with other sides or something like an announcement …. but as you can see in the picture we were also given very small portions of sides. This business manager should be ashamed of their self. I will inform others of this inconvenience.

Customers service sucks, their card handling is very poor! They gave my card to someone else not ONCE, but on another occasion they forgot to give me my card back. They shouldn’t be putting down peoples” cards and leaving them! The manager and owner so need better customer service and actually have respect for their customers. They need to hold their crew accountable and responsible, and not use the accuse that it’s just the newer generation. There are a lot of other jobs that do really good with the “newer generation”.

*Update-I called the manager about my order and he said he would replace the chicken. I went by a few days later and he did give me new chicken, rolls, and gravy. I appreciate that he did that. This chicken was better.
Just tried the new store and I’ll never go back. Bought a 30 piece family meal and the tenders were tiny and burnt. They also forgot my large gravy. This is the worst Bush’s I have ever been to. If I didn’t live almost 30 miles away, I would return it!

Go here if you want small serving sizes of gravy, not good pieces of chicken, and old rolls. Way too overpriced for what I got. I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to get bushes next time I want it rather than having the convience. From personal experience the other bushes in the area are MUCH better.
