I have eaten at this location many, many times. The food gets less good each time over the last year or so. Today was my absolute last visit. We got a family meal with chicken, mashed potatoes and okra. We drove home with our order. We were so excited because it had been a couple months since we stopped at this location. The whole meal was garbage. 1st, the okra tasted like old grease…even smelled like old grease. The mashed potatoes didn’t even look much like mashed potatoes. The rolls were 1/2 burnt. The chicken wasn’t very good either…$37.88 in the garage. I called and talked to the manager. It wasn’t worth my time to drive back for a new order.

They served me cold corn nuggets (not even warm) and tender rolls with hard stale bread. The tenders were tough, chewy, and lukewarm. Everything had questionable freshness. Do not recommend

Our gizzards were rock hard, rolls burnt, and the chicken dry. When we complained over the phone, customer service was not great, but we compromised with remaking the gizzards (for sure), possibly remaking the burnt rolls and chicken (which we had to all bring back to the store), and a 20% discount on our next order.
When we get back to the store, the attitude was still poor but whatever lol, but then they also take away our 20% discount because we got a remake. As if we were not told over the phone we would be able to do both Unfortunately service and product has gone to shit lol, just depends on the team working I guess

Felt unwelcome.
The business model has the employees suggesting to customers that at 8:20pm items on the menu cannot be purchased. “It’s late and the cooks are not cooking”. I suggest that at the time of the cooks not cooking, you should stop serving the community and black out your menu board so that we are not wasting our time approaching your open restaurant. and you’re overpriced for an unwelcome guest.

I’m a big fan of a freshly made Bush’s Chicken meal especially when Serenity Dip makes a guest appearance on everything. Add a jalapeño on the side for balance, and of course extra Bush’s gravy for dipping or The Bushes Dip sauce It’s a carefully curated flavor experience, and I highly recommend giving it a try! I was at the drive thru. Only wanted a Tea aid and small corn nuggets. I got a half made Tea aid and 6 corn nuggets in a small brown bag. I went back this was totally unacceptable. This was corrected by the way but…. Bush learn to appreciate your customers show it with incentives.

Quick fast friendly service. Pulled up and was immediately greeted. So fast the gentleman walked away while I was requesting for some sauce packets and seasoning. Food was hot and fresh but sadly no packets were given for sauce or seasoning. Very disappointed too because I had someone out of town that’s never had Bush’s before so I was trying to give them a full experience. Especially with the new prices y’all should make sure everything is satisfactory for customers. Some tenders were questionably small.

Shorted me a piece of chicken and the fries. My drink was a coke instead of unsweet tea. No straw or utensils. And they closed before 9;15 (instead of 10:00), so I couldn’t call to complain
