The Ramen was really good. Delicious actually! Great customer service. Will definitely be back and it was my first time trying this place.

If you’re a fan of ramen, may I suggest the Birria Ramen. This was my first time trying this place out. There are a ton of food options so everyone can get whatever their hearts desire. I ordered the combo which you get a choice ramen, a sushi roll, and an appetizer. We chose the birria ramen which was so flavorful. The broth was a cross between a ramen and pho. The bowl then had shredded beef added to it. I would get this again. The sushi roll I got was your average roll. Unforgettable really. Then we got a side of edamame, it was a little high but I think it was still worth it. I will be back for the birria ramen.

I know some people don’t like this place but I thought it was a really solid value. I got the special, which included ramen, karagi, and a hand roll and a drink. It wasn’t fire but everything was solid and I was really happy with what I paid for it. I’ll be back for sure, I was definitely craving noodles and it satiated my craving will also filling me up with some other goodies. The staff was nice enough and the food arrived pretty quickly.

So pricy. $2.7 for only ONE broccolini (cut into two pieces). $17 for a tiny bowl of ramen with little beef and veggies. Though taste is not that bad, I would never come back again.

Tried this joint for lunch, and I was fairly disappointed. $25.83 for a bowl of ramen with extra noodles, there is no water or ice, you have to buy a drink. Pork was dry, and the noodles were not fresh and the portions were small, I went home hungry.

I ordered a kids ramen for my child- chicken soboro ramen. He already ate some when I noticed the smell was off. It smelled nasty, like it was spoiled. We let the crew check it and said it was “fine”, without even bringing it to the kitchen to double check with the cook etc. I rarely complain about food, but for safety purposes, especially if they’re serving it to kids, I am writing this review to warn other parents.

Why it looks like leftover?

The more I think about it, the angrier I get. While I was ordering, I noticed several customers complaining about the lack of freshness in your food. Shockingly, I witnessed your staff brushing off one of the customers by saying they had never tried that type of food before — what a pathetic excuse.

I was a little skeptical at first, but after receiving my meal, I fully understood.

Your ramen was stiff and hard from being left out for too long. The tempura looked like leftover scraps pretending to be fresh. And the soup — it was filled with the unmistakable taste of spoiled ingredients.

The people who come here are locals who trust and support your business, yet you choose to operate dishonestly and serve garbage to your loyal customers.

Every time I think about how you brushed off that man’s complaint about freshness, I seriously feel like pouring the entire bowl of soup over your head.

This Jinya location is so poorly managed. We came in as a party of 4 at around 8:30pm on a Monday night. There were so many open tables (only about 4-5 being occupied). After waiting for about 5 minutes, the hostess told us we have to wait for 20-30 minutes. We weren’t even allowed to be seated. When asked the reason, the hostess couldn’t give any definitive reason. We could only wonder if it’s because we were Asians. We didn’t see a single Asian (workers nor customers) in the Ramen restaurant, which is very odd.
