Firstly, excellent Happy Hour with great prices on various food and beer. This time around I ordered 4 of their bowls to go. Service was prompt, staff was friendly and I was in and out quickly. The only reason for 4* instead of 5* is the pricing is just too steep. There were many extra sides I was interested in and wanted to try some other items but I could not justify the cost. Still a good place with great food but if on a budget, go during Happy Hour.

I’m saying this in the hopes improvements are made. I’ve been going to Bush fire since it opened. Loved it, fantastic, went many times with my family, we felt lucky to have it near our home. I hope that restaurant comes back. Today I bought my favorite, Thai Chicken Bowl and I’m so disappointed. It’s different, it’s very dry, they put a light coating of sauce on the chicken but nowhere near enough to give it a Thai curry taste. The chicken changed, it’s now shredded and there’s not much of it, maybe 1 chicken strip worth. The rice is abundant however there’s not enough curry sauce so it adds to the dryness, makes it bland and inedible unless you like to eat rice with nothing else. With tip this bowl was near $20. It saddens me to say but I’m not sure if I’ll ever go back.

Honestly, this is some of the best food you can get if not cooking at home- the value for the price is wildly worth it! The staff is very friendly and helpful with choices! Free refills on corn syrup free soda- win! You gotta try this place; you’ll feel taken care of.

AVOID THIS PLACE!

They’ve increased their prices and reduced portion sizes. Seems like this place might be under new owners and possibly fired all their prior great staff. They also charged me $4.95 for a side of fries, which use to be enough to share between two people. The sign clearly said add any side for $3.95 and when asked Ian, he told me oh it’s starting at $3.95. Nevertheless we bought the size knowing this side of fries were a good portion in the past.

The food arrived on now paper plates and with the smallest side of fries. On top of the high prices, our main food arrived cold and missing the dipping sauce for the expensive fries.

We approached Ian again (cashier and manager). He told me we increased the prices and reduced the portion sizes, the side of fries is now only 6 oz’s. He looked at me with such unprofessionalism and lack of customer service skills.
We asked him for a refund and this manager Ian didn’t bother to apologize nor offer a resolution. Not even a sorry, nothing. He even struggled giving us a refund and said nothing else.

We will stop coming here.

What a shame for their new management and staff.

Tiny portions, high prices, and poor customer service. Unfortunately the place has slowly declined over time. Was a customer for over a decade but won’t be back

Placed an order for pick up and my pick up time was for 6:24 pm. I arrived at 6:20 pm. I kept hearing the staff quoting people 15-20 minutes lead time. After checking in after 30 minutes after my wait, I was told they are understaffed. Which isn’t the customers fault. I finally got my order at 7:05 pm, no apology. I won’t be coming back.

Update: In addition to already an awful experience, we were given the wrong order.

Absolutely LOVED the food. It was so good and tasty. Definitely read the menu. I accidentally ordered “sides” when I thought I was just adding more toppings to my bowl . Overall clean place and friendly staff. The cashier said super friendly and suggested their sodas and suggested her favorite (half root beer half vanilla) and it tasted like a root beer float!. Definitely recommend. My only complaint is that it did take them a while to get our food out. Definitely recommend and most likely go again if I’m in the area
