This 5 star rated pizzaria merits 5 stars . We had a plain pie and it was ready in 15 minutes. It was very good with good ingredients , it was not greasy, oily and the thin crust was cooked just right. I took pictures of their menu for you to decide. It is very small with typical pizzeria seating and a small back restaurant( eat in ) area. Ideal foe a quick meal and just off of Sunrise Hwy.

I grew up in Bay Shore and this was the spot. I recently came to visit from out of state and I see things have changed. Are the owners still the original owners? Because the ppl up front are rude and extremely unprofessional. I asked the kid who helped me to please take out my four slices bc I don’t like them burnt. He dared to tell me “Next time you come here, tell me that before you make your order!!!” I also came here in the summertime last year and the experience was bad. I’d figured they’d get it together by now but it seems they are getting worse. What happened to the good coustmer service?? I hate writing bad reviews especially of an establishment I grew up going to.

Place was old and run down dirty walls and seats and booth all cracked!!! We dined in!! They only worried about take order more then ppl there eating!!! Food was not good or bad!!! In my opinion the chicken Parmesan chicken was from frozen and the sauce real salty!!! The bread they give was real hot and fresh tho!!! A lot of ppl running back and forth for take out but no one care for customers eating there lol!!

My family has been going to Busteo for over 13 years. They make the best pizza and give amazing service. They are always so busy and I still manage to get my order in a timely manner I refuse to eat pizza anywhere else. I appreciate their efforts and they never over price.

Pizza was extremely overly greasy. The moment you opened the box all you saw was grease. The pie was filled with bubbles. Taste was not the greatest. Paying close to $40 for one plain pie, soda and mozzarella sticks was a lot compared to other places I’ve ordered from, only to receive something even my little girls complained about. Hate to give bad reviews but definitely won’t order again. The only good thing was the mozzarella sticks. The pics on their site looks nothing like what was delivered to me it looked poorly made. Staff was kind, so was the delivery driver.

I always order here for delivery here. However Saturday 2/7/2026 was the second time I was told they do not deliver to my house as it is to far and 15 min away. Pizza is great however the service and employees seem to be disinterested and lazy.
