There pizza is not the original style. What happened to my great Busemis pizza? The one at 59 and Van Dyke is the real deal. The one in downtown Rochester should also not advertise at Busemis, its horrible. Correct sauce, wrong pepperoni, dense bread that is supposed to be light and slightly crunchy and it was just dough. Sorry I will not buy my Busemis pizza here or in downtown Rochester ever again. The pizza is ok if that’s the deep dish pizza that you like, just not my place. Seeking real authentic original Busemis deep dish. The search continues.

Whoever is working the counter barely acknowledged my existence upon walking up. I showed up at 12 ready for lunch, every pizza available looked as though it was prepared and cooked at 7am. I got 2 square pepperoni, very old slices. Barely warm. No I realize I could have just used better judgement but I’m looking for better service. No one should have to eat an old meal that they’re paying for. Get rid of the old stuff and put something fresh out for lunch. Take the $5 hit you’re gonna take to toss them out. I work hard for my money and deserve a fresh hot meal just like everyone else.

A slight cut above average in terms of the quality of pizza. However not easy to get off the road and turn in and especially out of due to being on the corner of a 4-way intersection. Also not a convenient location due to the reasons already mentioned.
The Sunoco that it is located within is dingy with poor product organization and feels overcrowded with the shelving and coolers they stuffed in there. I give it 2 stars for atmosphere and cleanliness, 3 and a half stars for the pizza. Know that I’m a pizza snob that is always looking for the best of the best tasting pizza so I am super critical.
Overall even with my complaints is that it is worth your time and easy on the wallet. Again decent food.
