It’s not like the original Busaba. The pad Thai was pale, hardly any flavor, the basil fried rice was more like regular fried rice (and a bit on the salty side), and the pad see ew was decent except I kept finding egg shells in it. Crab Rangoons were good.

Three of us came here for happy hour and dinner. Our food was delicious and the service was great. Alexa was our server- she made sure our drinks were topped off and kept as an eye on anything we needed. We will be back!

I love Busaba and have been going to the Louisville location for years. I love everything at Busaba, but especially like the Cashew Nut with chicken. I recently went to the Erie location and everything about it was amazing. They were fast and friendly, and they were willing to make the small adjustment I wanted to the entree. I loved the food here even more than Louisville. They got the spice level perfect (Louisville’s medium is still too mild). Thank you for the great experience; I can’t wait to come back.

We love Busaba! We started going to Busaba Louisville many years ago. When we moved to Erie we were delighted to see the Busaba Erie location. We often dine-in at this location. Matt has been there for a long time and always recognizes us and treats us so well! Alexa has been there for less time and we appreciate her service very much, too. We feel at home here and LOVE the food, service, bar drinks, and atmosphere. Tonight we brought neighbors who had never been here and they enjoyed it too. The service and food was excellent even with another big party there of 30 people. Thanks Busaba Erie for never disappointing!

We had a great experience at Busaba a couple days ago, the food was great, we got the pot stickers, a couple drinks, and shared the pineapple fried rice and the sweet and sour entree. Best part of our experience was our server, Alexa. She was super friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. She gave great menu recommendations and checked in on us just enough to make sure everything was perfect. We’ll definitely be back and hope to have Alexa again!

2nd time here, to give it another chance, and messed up again.
First visit one of the dishes came our wrong (meat for a vegitarian) – so took some time to correct, but wanted to give it a second go.
Seconf time I asked for ‘hot’, and my partner ‘mild’ and no spices in either. We asked for hot sauce on the side which was not delivered.
One drink we ordered never turned up, one other drink took over 20mins to arrive, and we ordered one normal and one NA beer – when they arrived they were not sure which one was which, not great for someone in recovery.
Not impressed that service is also part of the bill.
Some of this would have been excusable if busy, but it wasn’t.
Great lay out, nice patio, the food and service just fell way short.
Will not be coming back and unfortunatly would not recommend.

We came in on a busy saturday night and were immediately warmly welcomed by the staff. We were quickly seated and ordered the basil fried rice and a few other entrees and drinks per the recommendation of our server Alexa. She was extremely attentive and patient despite how busy it was. Overall a great experience, me and my husband will certainly be back!

Came here for dinner with the extended family. Staff were attentive, courteous, and professional. Had the pepper garlic beef , veggie bliss, and the kids egg fried rice with chicken . Beef was medium spice and I devoured it. Quite good. The veggie bliss was a hit with medium spice as well. The kids’ rice with chicken was well attended to with some leftovers. The kids menu came with crayons and a picture to colour. The decor was just we than other Thaijj no places we have been to lately. If you like Thai, this is a good place to try. We all enjoyed it and will probably be back again in the near future. Highly recommended.
