The best pan pizza ever. We. had all sausage 1/2 spinach, tomato 1/2 pepperoni. Pizza was absolutely delicious and crisp to a perfection. Laura was our server and she is awesome. THANKS FOR UR SUGGESTIONS ON PIZZA. Will definitely visit this place again.

This pizza was just not for me. It tasted fine but the crust was really tough. The sauce was awesome though! Service was not impressive and it’s really hard to move in there, but we knew the place was small. The patio is definitely nice to relieve the crowd. It was great to try this place!

Ordered two pizzas for take out and they were very good. Sauce was flavorful and toppings were generous. Pizza was still warm after taking out and a 25 minute drive. When I’m Chicago, this is one place to definitely try!

Family recommended this spot to us and we are SO glad we tried it. We sat out on the patio which is warmed during the winter and ordered the pepperoni pizza and a Caesar salad. We will definitely be back! It was delicious.

When searching for best Chicago pizza we discovered Burt’s, the accolade from Anthony Bourdain sealed the deal that we had to visit. We arrived 30 minutes before they opened so we waited outside in the car. It wasn’t long before others began to arrive early and form a line. We were seated promptly at opening and we chose the Bourdain table, that was kind of cool. Unfortunately, the table was quite filthy but they promptly cleaned it upon request. Service was great, the pizza was good but not my favorite. Pizza flavor is subjective, if you love deep dish I would recommend you try it.

Hands down one of the more unique pizza in the area. Definitely go with the mixed pepper pan pizza, you can add sausage for protein. It’s a very small place and whether you have a reservation or not, you will end up waiting due to it but in the end it’ll be worth it.
