dad and I decided to go out for a nice dinner at Burtons Grill & Bar, and honestly it turned out to be such a great experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. It had that perfect balance of being relaxed but still feeling like a nice place to treat yourself.
I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli, and let me just say… it did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly juicy, tender, and full of flavor in every bite. You could really tell it was made with care. The mashed potatoes were smooth, creamy, and buttery in the best way possible, the kind that just melts in your mouth. And the broccoli was fresh, well-seasoned, and cooked just right, not too soft and not too crunchy.
What made it even better was getting to enjoy the meal with my dad. It’s always nice to sit down, talk, laugh, and share a good meal together. The service was also really good the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right for us.
Overall, it was a really enjoyable dining experience. Great food, great service, and great company. If you’re looking for a place with delicious meals and a comfortable vibe, I would definitely recommend Burtons Grill & Bar. I’m already looking forward to going back again!

The service and the atmosphere were fantastic. The food was good but we were all surprised by most of our dishes and how they came out. They just didn’t seem to be what we expected from the descriptions. However, the General Tso’s cauliflower was just as good as everybody ravs about. It’s an interesting variation on the Indian cauliflower dish Gobi Manchurian.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our server, Zack. He was incredibly attentive, patient, and kind with our party of six, which is no small task. Zack made sure everyone felt taken care of, answered all our questions without rushing us, and kept everything running smoothly with a great attitude the entire time. I have Celiac disease and going out to eat is always a challenge. So, while visiting my friend in North Carolina she suggested we go to Burton’s Grill for dinner I was slightly hesitant because the selections most restaurants usually offer is very few. So, after reading the menu online I decided to call and confirm that the dishes I was interested in try were in-fact gluten free. I spoke to a young man named Gabe and he assured me they were. So, my friend decided to give it a try. Honestly, my expectations weren’t very high because usually gluten free is horrible, but I figured I go there with an open mind…..and all I can say from the moment we were seated at our table within second of waiter whose name was Jeff. Jeff’s high energy and enthusiasm was enough to make our experience incredible, but that’s where it just began. Since I mentioned before I have Celiac Diease and most restaurants have no really options this restaurant was the complete opposite, I could eat everything on the menu!! Of course, I wanted to order EVERYTHING, but we decided to order 5 appetizers, which did not disappoint. Every appetizer was amazing, though my favorite was the cheesesteak spring rolls!! Everytime I tried another appetizer I was like I can’t believe how incredible this is, I can’t believe it. Now, we were gonna definitely get dessert because if I want dessert the only option for me is ice cream….not here…we decided to get the homemade donut to eat there, which were out of this world! We also got 3 to take home the Bailey’s Cheesecake, the seven layer chocolate cake & the key lime tart.
This by far was the best gluten free meal I’ve ever had. I’m from Connecticut and I was overjoyed that you have a Burton’s Grill location in Connecticut about 45 minutes from where I live. I will be trying that location when I get back home, I just hope they can live up to the expectations of this location.

It was the first time my friend & I have ever visited a Burtons grill & we will definitely return! Before arriving, the gentleman who answered the phone answered all our questions! My friend has celiac disease, so it was super impressive that she could order just about everything on the menu! Once there, our waiter, Jeff, had great energy! The food was DELICIOUS. We ordered a few apps/sides to share, then desserts to bring home! I couldn’t find a complaint to make about anything!

We love Burtons, and when my sister was coming to visit, we knew exactly where to go! We ventured out to a different location than our usual. What truly stood out was the level of care we received from our server, Zach. He genuinely went above and beyond to make our dinner not only enjoyable, but safe and stress-free — especially for my sister, who has a life-threatening nut allergy. The gluten-free Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were amazing, and everything else, including the fries, was delicious. We’re so grateful and can’t wait to come back!

Wow! What a fantastic place! Great vibes from the moment we walked in and lots of art to look at. Our cocktails were done right and set the tone of our brunch! Brunch was amazing! Eggs Benedict! Thai steak salad! Chicken n waffles! And finally a bug bag of donuts. Our server was pleasent and quick! We highly recommend this place for dates or family gatherings!
