We got the California Burrito and the XOLO BURRO and it was really good. I do recommend eating here!

I always considered Burros and fries the cleanest taco shop there is here since they opened in national city. But i have to say the food and service just doesn’t taste the same this year. The food and service is better at the Imperial Ave location , attentive delicious, and professional. The burritos don’t taste and look the same as before. I paid for a couple Cali burritos I got them skimpy ,lopsided in the bag , and worst thing is they had no meat they barely had any meat in it! Tenían muchísima crema and they were soggy! Also your afternoon cashiers are young and should be taught how to greet customers. When you first opened up shop years ago you had some tall bald guy who worked in the afternoons cashiering and let me just say he made the atmosphere cool and welcoming! I actually thought he was the owner because of how etiquette he was at delivering customer service

I was craving some Carne Asada Fries and stopped into Burrows and Fries and ordered them with extra creamy chipotle sauce. The flavor of the Carne Asada was delicious and slightly crispy on the outside, which is what exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve never been disappointed at any of the locations. Nothing but delicious food so far. Highly recommended!

My favorite bean and cheese burrito in San Diego. Great food and great service. Definitely a stop for any out of town friend.

Really enjoyed my California burrito. The flavor was on point and I was not disappointed.
The waitress was patient with me as I was undecided and was very helpful. It’s a little pricey but worth the visit.
I will definitely be back.

Used to be my families favorite taco shop, but lately quality and quantity has been lacking. Burritos are smaller and my quesadilla is lacking cheese!!
Payed $20 bucks for a steak quesadilla with side of beans just for the quesadilla to barely have any filling, very disappointing. What’s worse is when my husband tries to order food the person taking the order doesn’t speak English or understands well. It also varies on what day you order you get a different cook who messes up or makes food very small. Disappointed when this place has the best refried beans around. And is a cleaner establishment than most taco shops. Husband loves their Tijuana burrito but has noticed less and less filling and more tortilla every time, sadly this inconsistency and prices rising will keep up from coming back.

It’s like a regular taco shop. I had their carne asada burrito. Tasted good nothing out of this word. The place was clean & not a lot of people. It’s a small little spot next to a few shops. Parking is kinda awkward there. No drive thru.

This soup — pozolé verde — is so good, this is my new favorite. One order $16 (incl tax) is good for 2 people. The place is calmer than its neighbor Chowking.

Not only was the food super delicious but Amy was a great host. As my first time here she recommended me several options and although my order was a bit complicated she, gave me the best option to my likening. Atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Music was perfect during my stay. Highly recommended and definitely coming back

Who doesn’t love Mexican food? On a cold day it was inviting to enjoy a hot Fish Burrito. It’s a large burrito. I ate only half. My first time ordering this dish.

The hot sauce was great. Got the Habanero and mixed it with the mild. Then later just used the Habanero.

I like spicy!!! And it Rocked!!!
