Riquísima comida. Owner was super nice. I got the asada, al pastor, and chicken. The flavor was flavoring. It was delicious. My favorite was asada. Al pastor has a little spice, which was perfect. I only had one bite of my fiancé’s chicken taco, but it was also so flavorful. I’ll be back for sure.

This food truck is incredible. I got the Chile Colorado burrito which includes a delicious blend of potatoes, pork, and spices with your average burrito ingredients done really well. The tortilla was toasted to a slight crunch and tasted great. The spice blend in the rice and beans and the pork and potatoes were perfect. The green and red sauces were fantastic. The owner gave us a free piece of banana pie which was leftover from the previous day, and it was as good as everything else. The only downside is the proximity to a busy road, but the food is worth it. This place is worth going a little out of your way to try. If I’m in the area again, I will definitely return.

BEST TACOS WE HAVE EVER HAD!!!! Sheesh, when me and my partner are hungry, we love to see our friends at burrito la Mina! It’s the fastest, most delicious, flavorful, tastiest authentic food we have ever had the pleasure of digesting. We will definitely be back. I ordered the Chile Colorado, chicken burrito and the chorizo burrito and IT WAS DELICIOUS! So glad we decided to stop by. If your not eating tacos, or burritos from this clean, tasty food truck then your missing out. Muy Bueno!

My friend Mr. Raymond hands down has the best burritos in the city, and he will tell you to eat it with your hands to get the full taste. No forks and knives! They’re not huge California style burritos, but smaller and more flavorful! My go tos are the Carne Asada and the Colorado! You can’t go wrong with either, so I usually get both! He will tell you Chihuahua, Mexico is the capital of good food in Mexico and I believe him after sampling his menu! Don’t be fooled by the little yellow trailer. It packs a big flavor punch! Go see Mr.
