I was craving tacos one morning and found Burritos California open 24 hours near my work. So glad I stopped by! The girl at the register had a big smile and a great attitude, super friendly and gave me awesome menu recommendations. Honestly, every employee here seem genuinely happy cooks.
The young team runs the place with passion, and their menu suggestions are always spot on. You can see the kitchen it’s clean, professional, and the whole restaurant smells clean and fresh.
The food comes out fast, fresh, and full of flavor. The portions are huge honestly the biggest burrito I’ve ever had! It’s rolled perfectly too! Nothing pops or spills out. Their avocado sauce is incredible (and always fresh because it runs out so fast!). Even the free sauce and pickle bar are spotless.
They remember you if you come often and treat you even better each time. This is one of those rare restaurants you can trust. We need to support local spots like this run by young passionate people and help them grow!

Hands down the best breakfast burritos in Auburn. The portions of anything you order, breakfast, lunch, dinner, are pretty big. 2 people could eat off of most things on the menu, unless you were really hunger. Everything I’ve ordered off the menu has tasted great. The restaurant has plenty of seating and is rarely busy, which makes for a quick in and out pickup or a nice meal inside. One of the better Mexican restaurants on this side of town.

Ordered potato rolled tacos through DoorDash. Two of them were old chicken. Not even good chicken. Plus I’m a vegetarian! It literally tasted like mildew and was cold and watery. I almost threw up when I took a bite out of it.

When we found out that a Mexican restaurant was opening near our house, we were so excited because it was just a 3-minute walk away. On opening day in 2024, we went through the drive-thru and ordered food. They even had a buy one, take one promo, and the prices were much cheaper compared to the Mexican restaurant we usually go to downtown.
However, from the first bite, the food was not good it had no flavor and was low quality, especially the beef. It had so many tendons and undesirable parts, almost like they were using discarded cuts of meat for cooking.
Since last year, we gave this place multiple chances we went back around 3 to 4 times to try different menu items, but nothing tasted good. Most of their food is bland and made with low-quality ingredients. Their beans taste straight out of a can, as if they just opened it and didn’t even bother to cook or heat it properly.
On April 1, 2025, we decided to give it one last try and ordered takeout for our family dinner. But when we got home and started eating, we noticed that the meat was still the same low quality. Even the chicken in the quesadilla seemed old. My kids and husband refused to eat because the food tasted awful and was disgusting. We couldn’t even finish it it was a waste of $45.
This is the last time we will ever buy food from here. We are never coming back.
It’s not even surprising why this place has such low reviews and why customers no longer return. The food is disgusting, made with no love or care it’s like they’re feeding prisoners or homeless people.
Don’t be surprised if one day this place shuts down you already know why.

Customer service was good. Ordered our food to go cause I was bringing my husband lunch. Food didn’t take too long to come out. Everything was delicious & great portion sizes.

My wife and I have been searching for an amazing breakfast burrito spot since moving to Washington in 2021. We have tried so many places in the area, from small hole in the wall joints to larger chains and this place is hands down the best spot to get burritos- and it’s not even close. The size and flavor of the burritos is out of this world. I can’t speak to their other dishes, but if you’re looking for a great burrito spot, this is the one you’ve been hunting for

The food is delicious. They have huge burritos at a great price. My wife loves the nachos. I order a few times a month and have had no issues. I always ask for the carrots and jalapeños, I can’t get enough of them their horchatas are also yummy!

First time here. Service seemed really good. Tables in the back were all dirty. They have an ant trap inside of the Soto fountain area. Put the wrong protein inside of the enchiladas. Otherwise, food was good. We’ll give them another chance.
