The food is not good it just looks good. I order tacos and they were full of oil, we also had a burrito and it was the same drench in greasy oil. You don’t need to add oil to steak since it’s already fatty, and it supposed to be cook on the grill. Don’t waste your money maybe drive farther but find a better Mexican place. The service was good.

I recently checked out Burrito Parrilla Mexicana in Algonquin and it’s a decent place if you’re looking for a quick and satisfying meal. I was pleasantly surprised by how light the food felt, which is a nice change of pace for Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere was alright—nothing fancy, but it’s a perfectly fine spot to grab a quick bite without feeling rushed. My dish was decently priced, offering good value for what you get. Overall, it’s not a terrible place by any stretch, and I’ll definitely stop there again when I’m in the mood for something quick and tasty.

Dine in includes chips and salsa. Salsa is excellent. It has some spice to it. The chips are slightly above average.
I typically enjoy the chicken burrito or chicken taco salad. Both are excellent. The burrito is a better but $10 vs. the taco bowl $14.
The enchiladas are good. I haven’t quite found the perfect sauce. The white poblano sauce is ok.
The steak burrito wasn’t as good as I was hoping. The steak was on the tough side but still ok.
The rice and beans are top notch. Some of the best I’ve had. Rice is cooked perfectly and the beans are excellent, not watery at all.
I recommend dine in and the chicken burrito. The habanero sauce is excellent.

Great service! Order at the counter, grab your drink and take a seat. Your food will come out to you. Chips and salsas were on the table quickly. Food was great!

Tried this place today for the first time while in the area. Food was served hot and fresh ! I really enjoyed dining in here. They give you fresh salsas from mild to hot. My steak tacos tasted great. I’m excited to find this place. I will be visiting again to try the other dishes on the menu.

Came here for the first time last night. I was amazed how fast the food came out and how good it was. I’m indecisive, the person working the window was super helpful. I wasn’t sure which salsa I wanted so they gave me multiple of each one to try. They just earned a loyal customer because of the service and food.

Wanted to give this place a try for its amazing reviews, and we weren’t disappointed! The portion sizes for the pricing was pretty reasonable. The only reason that this wasn’t a five star review was because some of the food was kind of bland (nothing some hot sauce they provided couldn’t fix). The other reasoning being some of the sauces exploded in the bag. Overall, would return and recommend! Great lunch stop.

Wow!!! What a disappointment!! The chips were ok but the salsa??? Not sure I have ever had purée tomatoes and called it salsa. None of the other sauces had any flavor that I cared for and nothing had anything with some spice. I ordered a medium rare steak and got and overcooked steak with mushy vegetables that had been sitting around. My partner got tacos that were tiny and left still hungry and it gave him diarrhea afterwards. I’m not sure what everyone else is eating but this is a one and done for us.

I’ve been going to this wonderful restaurant for many years now. It always delivers fresh, friendly, and a great atmosphere. Clearly, the employees are happy to work, and the systems are in place for a smooth environment.
