Haven’t been here in awhile, apparently things have changed, for the worse. You use a kiosk to order if you have a credit card and the girl behind the counter watches you, with noone else there. We ordered things that were options on the kiosk, Saturday night, and were told they had to check if they had ground beef? Burritos? What… then several other items that were options on the kiosk were only available on another day? What? You stand there, watch me, nothing states its on certain days! 5 item for our 2 all American big Burritos were unavailable! And after crossing them off, she says dont worry I wont charge you extra? What?? We weren’t getting extra, we got less. I dont think they have cheese. White rice? Hmmm i paid $2 extra for guacamole, I think there was one squirt in the Burrito, thanks but this was a side EXTRA. I was so disappointed with the lack of customer service/appreciation. The kiosk also that only takes credit cards, I had to punch in all my information # etc….again while she stood behind me watching. Only to have her grab our slip to have to check what we could have. We wont be back, the saltiness of the Burritos was so much! From what? I dont know,there was hardly anything in my Burritos. I dont know what happened to this place but, Wow!!! $26 for 2 Burritos half filled at best, and only part of what we wanted. If you are out of ingredients POST IT. If you only serve certain items on certain days POST IT. But the 1st item in the kiosk was the all American big Burrito, at Burrito me??? Unable to make a burrito? Shaking my head.

Ive been going to Burrito Me a few times a year for 5ish years now. At this point, it feels like they have lost their way. The food used to be great (it’s mediocre at best now). The restaurant is dingy and needs a good cleaning.
The bathrooms are abhorrent (dried vomit on one toilet, poop and pee on both, no TP in either, and no soap in either ).
I dont know that I’ll be ordering burritos from there any longer as I’m genuinely worried about the severe lack of cleanliness. If that’s what the customer can see in the front of the house than what does the back of the house look like?

This was a great dining experience. I was able to walk in and place an order at the kiosk. It was the lunch rush when I got there so my order wasn’t ready in the most timely manner but everyone was working really hard. They suggest putting in an order online before getting to the restaurant. I enjoyed a steak burrito which was delicious. I am looking forward to going back again soon.

On Saturday, January 3rd we called at least 20 times and no one picked up the phone. We eventually did an online order for them to just be sitting in their seats upon arrival. Food was eh, needs to be known that employees don’t pick up the phone. Based on other reviews I’d be scared to see the bathroom.

It’s just not good anymore. Often extras you pay for (Guac, sour cream etc) are not added to the burrito despite being charged for them. This has happened MULTIPLE times. My daughter got 2 burrito’s with only the meat and little rice in them, none of the other toppings she ordered. She emailed twice and called and got no response from management. Tonight’s order was incorrect. We have ordered for the last time.

Fair warning: this place is absolutely disgusting. Based solely on the dining room and bathrooms, I can’t even imagine what the kitchen looks like—yikes.

Overall happy experience ….. I think the burritos should have a little more flavor in general but understand the whole fresh made to order thing. Fun, youthful, very hip atmosphere .A good selection of bottled beer is sold there too.

Very disappointing experience. We used to love eating here, but tonight changed that. I ordered a Big Burrito Bowl and paid for multiple add ins that were not there. The portion size was anything but large, leaving me looking for more to eat at home. To top it off, the food was cold even though we picked it up right on time. Based on other reviews I am reading, the owners do not care as they don’t seem to be making any changes. We won’t be going back.

I’ve been to burrito me several times now. I’ve only had a positive experience the very first time and tonight is the last chance I’m giving them. First off the prices are very high considering the small/medium size burrito you get when ordering a “big” burrito. They charge you alot to add anything and it doesn’t even matter because they still hardly put anything in the burritos. My burrito which I paid extra for guacamole had a laughable approximately 1 tbsp if that of guac. Tonight I got a bare bones burrito with nothing extra besides guacamole didn’t even come folded. The inside was cold, the chicken was cold and chewy and the tortilla was cold, wet and slimy like they had laid it down on the bare counter or something. I waited by the counter and picked up my order immediately upon hearing my name called out. The burrito was all soggy and was visibly slimy even after just moments of having it. I don’t each much per sitting but I was still fairly hungry after eating that “big burrito”, the portion sizes are just miniscule compared to everywhere else. Beyond disappointed with the food and the workers here after spending quit a bit of money here. The only positives here is the convenient parking lot and the easy to use order kiosks.
