This is one of those places you really want to like. The service is friendly and speedy. The chips and salsa were not up to the standard of any of the other St Charles Mexican restaurants. Chips were thick and not close to warm. The red salsa was flavorful. Overall the food was average.

Had lunch. Not busy at all on a weekday. Would give a 4- . Food was great. Loved the fresh made quac. Horchata (I am picky) was good. Got the enchiladas meal, there were 2 small ones on the plate. Mole sauce = yummy! Wait staff very nice.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The margaritas were good. I had mango, and my wife had strawberry. The food was good as well. We had the queso and chips for an appetizer. Then I had enchiladas with refried beans and rice. My wife had the burrito. All were quite tasty.

It was good. Don’t be expect to get a cup water here. They’ll sell you a bottle water but not give a cup. Oh well. Steak is good in the burrito.

Don’t let the pictures fool you, I went there with high expectations since the pictures told a different story. Got there the waiter was polite. The chips and salsa was terrible, it tasted exactly like shrimp cocktail sauce. The horchata tasted like water. When I got my torta there was nothing special about it, just dry meat and no avocado. I do not recommend it at all.

This place is a great find. Ignore the previous poor reviews, they are under new management and it shows! We had a great experience. The torta cubana was fantastic! They have a great tequila selection. I would recommend “La Reina” or “Atanasio”. They both go down very smooth. Will definitely be back!

This place is delicious! I ordered this and a tamarind Jarritos, and it hit the spot so well. The chorizo here is delicious, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Definitely planning another visit soon!

The food quality is bad. I ordered a gordita dinner, and something was off. It tasted nasty. Like if meat was washed with dirty water. And the gordita tasted like sweet and dirty water. I hope i don’t get food poisoning. I told the manager and he made me pay for my food. He didn’t even want to give me a discount. I didn’t even take it home. I left it all there.
