Absolutely terrible. They might as well close this place. You get welcome by cracked floors and Dirty table . The hygiene standards at this place are appalling. No hand washing or working disinfectant. The service was okay. Nice smile but she runs to her phone every second while talking to customer. Limited beer and drink. Stripped down menu. Will never go !!!!

I’ve lived this place for 20 years, but prices have gone up, quality has gone down, and their queso is now just embarrassing, $4 for watery cheese? Place is in disrepair also, I get it’s a college area but you guys are making tons of money, keep it nice, return to your former glory.

Every once in awhile I’m in the mood for this place and unfortunately always come away feeling the same: it’s alright. I really like the amount of customization options, I like that I can get my nacho toppings in a separate container from my chips in a to go order so nothing’s soggy but time and time again I’m never satisfied with ny Neal. The flavor just isn’t there to me, but it’s a decent spot if you live nearby.

First – let me say this place is a dive. You order your food and drink at the counter and the place is generally full of loud college kids. Don’t go expecting anything different.
We love the tacos – especially before a concert at Varsity or a sporting event on campus. The music is loud and there is nothing flashy about the place. Which is it’s charm. Cold beer, cheap food, and excuse to remember getting old hurts.

the service was unprofessional. they let people in without even checking IDs but kept like 5 people out who had their IDs. we went as a group but left 2 in that line. if the people that were let in were employees they should’ve told us when we started questioning. the bouncer got mad and i get it he was following orders but he physically threw someone out and he almost fell on his face. their service needs to be reevaluated.

In the past when I have ordered the food it was wonderful. Full of all the ingredients & taste, but yesterday I ordered the two steak tacos & the ground beef burritos. I was so excited prior to getting the food delivered. It was a disappointment. Barely any meat or any other ingredients. The burrito was 3/4 of the size & the tacos was less than 1/2 full. Wow! Disappointing!!

STOLE MY ID AND GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE
They demanded I give my driver’s license to them when I ordered a fishbowl to split with my friends and then when I went back to get my license the bartender (Cam, who was drunk and talking to his friends) had given my ID to another girl and tried to give me her’s. I told him it wasn’t my ID (the picture and name were not even close to mine) and he told me he didn’t have my ID anymore. He said he had given it to someone else. He told me that it would be returned the next morning and that I could pick it up at 11am or be refunded for the price of a new ID. The next day I went back around 1pm, my ID was not there and they refused to refund me the price of my enhanced drivers license. They refused to give me the owner’s number, or Cam’s, or anyone’s so I could ask about it, and provided no real help. They had no customer service and the employees are all very unreliable and not responsible. My ID should have never been given to someone else. ID theft is huge security risk for me and for the bar. I had to put in a police report and report my ID stolen because of Cam’s carelessness.
