It was my first time at this location, the food was delicious. I waited until 4pm to have a sangria, i have tasted better elsewhere but it did give me a nice buzz. The side of rice was very tasty, it sucks that it was a small portion. My only issue is that on the menu, it states that the chips and salsa is complimentary. It was really good, i finished the chips and salsa so I asked for a second round ( thinking it was complimentary) but the waiter said the first round is complimentary and afterwards there would be a charge. I feel this should be stated in the menu, it’s just misleading at that point and takes away from the experience. Basically one round of free chips and salsa and very small portion of rice with your entree.

Was able to enjoy a quieter, more intimate environment. Classic authentic mexican food. Plate size was great. Delicious Mango margs! Service i thought, was exceptional tbh. They have the cutest little restroom! We shared a shot to celebrate a holiday evening! Buen Provecho!

New and old customers don’t be fooled by the responsed Burrito Loco made to the complaints both my wife & I made about this restaurant business practices. We didn’t make a fake complaint!!! The man walking in their website is Roberto. He’s the manager of this restaurant!! They said no such person works at Burrito Loco but once again they’re lying and trying to cover their tracks.
Please, customers read our complaints in entirely. Burrito Loco isn’t a legitimate restaurant! They steal customers Credit Card, Debit Card and Gift Card information!! Then make fraudulent purchases from the information they stole from the Cards. If you do choose to cater @ this restaurant just ask to speak to Roberto.
Gaurantee he will respond even those they claim know such person works there.
Again while your back is turned they take pictures of both the front & back of your Credit Cards. That’s illegal!!

I loved it here. I absolutely want to go back. The happy hour deal was incredible. A margarita and chips with salsa for just $10! Unheard of in Manhattan. The margarita was next level. It tasted like it was freshly made (not with a mix) The salsa was also house made and INCREDIBLE. I wondered into this place because I needed a place to kill an hour without spending a lot and this was EXACTLY what I needed. The service was great as well! The man who helped me was very kind.

i hate to give such a low rating , my cousin came here for lunch . we actually were gonna go to taco shop which is downstairs but Burrito Loco that’s upstairs had a lunch special so we thought why not try it out. It wasn’t busy when we went , the passion fruit lemonades were really yummy i had 2 of them & the server was really nice. i truly feel you can’t mess up mexican food but this was just not it . the fajitas , the rice, the beans , everything was just so unappetizing . i could not eat it. i was so hungry and i was high so you’d think i would still eat it but i feel so bad. it just wasn’t what i expected

The chips, guac, and salsa are in the running for best I’ve had. The guacamole in particular was top notch because it came in a volcanic stone molcajete. The place was super cool and colourfully decorated. Our waiter was a real pro, didn’t hover, but was right there when we needed.

Completely loco!!! fantastic frozen margaritas, great guacamole made to order and the desserts are to die for.

It was my first time going to burrito loco and it was great. I dare to say that I had one of the best quesadillas that I’ve ever eaten in my life, small although full of flavours. I order a Mescalito to drink and it was good too. We ordered some plantain and I don’t think those were plantain, it seemed more like bananas. Aside from that everything was good.
