We’ve been wanting to try the food here and today we gave it a shot, while the couple running the food truck were extremely nice and had our food ready quickly the meat in one of the birria tacos was full of fat. The regular tacos were a little dry but tasty and the rice was under cooked. We did enjoy the beans and we only got green hot sauce, I prefer red and we didn’t get any but we’ll still go back. They have 4 outside tables if you want to eat there.

If you’re thinking about stopping here, do it! We got the birria pizza. Full of flavor, stuffed full of meat&cheese. Sauces were delicious and fresh, the garnishments were just the right amount. Is it going to cost more then Little Caesar’s, absolutely(not really comparable). Is it worth it- 100%

We’ve been wanting to try this place ever since we saw the pictures from those earlier reviews, and while ours may not look quite as pretty the taste was insane!
Would definitely be better to have the pricing on the menu but when you come to an amazing place like this you know you’re gonna get your money’s worth no matter what.
Give this truck a try for sure. Easily the best tacos I’ve had in Scottsboro.
