The customer support service was great! The person who took my order was super nice and has a great attitude! I got the supreme breakfast burrito, and it was reall5 good! I loved all the stuff in the burrito, and I loved that they had the bacon crispy! The green sauce was ok it was really salty. Rather than that, the food and customer service were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning to this burrito express!

6yrs later, and this place is still bangin!! The food is 10/10, and customer service is top-notch! I can’t recommend Burrito Express enough. Come on down and try it for yourself. You won’t be sorry. I did update some pictures since my last visit.

I ordered a steak a Steak and Salsa Burrito with no onion and lettuce and both! were on it. I knew that I wasn’t going to be eating it for an hour, so I ordered it that way on purpose. WTH?? Very Angry. Don’t know if I will be back. This has happened before with the chicken burrito. AND, you got a tip!!!!

Finally got some Burrito Express. And it was worth it! The breakfast supreme burrito was/is amazing! Very tasteful, full of food, unlike other places. I’ll definitely become a regular here at Burroto Express. Customer service was excellent! Nice clean restaurant. 5 plus stars!

Burrito Supreme was very tasty, the red hot sauce is delicious Price is good comparing. I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to clean my own table as they were all dirty. But it’s a busy place so maybe they just didn’t have time to clean the dining area. Cashier had to search around to give 89 cents change, already tipped the $2 . Good food, I’ll return

From the moment we walked in, I couldn’t wait to leave. This is a dirty old restaurant that hasn’t been shown any love in decades. They brag they’ve been open since 1995, but go in and look around for yourself, looks more like a pop up restaurant. Plastic chairs are the most common chair, others are like patio furniture? Pans were dirty (the “kitchen” is next to the register). burrito included lots of burnt pieces/flavor. They only have like 5 burritos, so I figured they must at least know what they are doing. Nope, wife was sick all day after her chicken burrito and we will never be back, even though it’s around the corner and on our way home. Sorely disappointed with this place, health inspector needs to pay a visit and close it down. This place does Mexican food a disservice, it’s easily the nasty place I’ve ever eaten in Mesa.

First Time here. And Last . Ordered a burrito rice,beans and meat , Pictures tell it all. Service not great , rice was microwaved. The little meat that I tasted was good. For being in business since 1995 I would think they would be better . I’ll let you make the decision.

I paid $2.50 extra per burrito for extra bacon. Each burrito contained only 2 slices of bacon. Employee who made my burritos lied to my face when asked if there was extra bacon in them. Phone calls and emails to the restaurant have gone unanswered.
