I found this gem while working in Ft Lupton. I stopped by Burrito Delight and I’m glad I did. I ordered a delicious Bacon Breakfast burrito and it was great and the best part is that it was only $5. The other restaurants around town are 9-12 after tip.

5/1/25 First time for me. Honestly one of the single best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had let alone burrito in general. Did the chorizo and it was spot on in flavor! Looks like they serve Menudo 7 days a week too so its my new spot weekdays and weekends!
