Manager is extremely rude, gaslights, loves to assert dominance, and treats her employees like slaves. There should be no reason why she is in the back “celebrating” while leaving one employee on the line to handle the rush. I’ve been food service manager before, and no matter what I had going on in the back, I always made sure I helped my employees when a rush came in. She needs to be FIRED!!

Management is terrible they treat their employees like they are not valued appreciated and respected. Its awkward. It’s not an environment that I want to hangout and get food from. How can anyone be a superior employee if they are constantly being scolded, attacking them on a personal level. Just because they don’t like the employees face piercings, and they don’t value the way the employees ask for help when slammed with a lunch rush. Ive never had a negative experience with the staff, but witnessing how management treats their employees i will not be supporting this business the food taste better when the employees feel appreciated.

Management should be ashamed! If I could give no stars I would. This is not about how their food tastes this is simply how they treat their staff! To leave an employee by themselves in the front tending to customers while management is throwing a party in the back just shows this place has their priories wrong. Let alone calling said employee into the office after because she spoke out about it! Employees get in trouble for speaking their truth? They need new management immediately. So very wrong.

The manager Donna was really rude in the interaction and I will never come back to the establishment until she’s fired. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and conduct herself in a unprofessional manner. Therefore she doesn’t need to continue to work around people in the customer service business.

Why would this establishment leave a young lady to serve all these people in line by herself for a celebration in the back? Got the line down my herself. And so called Management threaten to replace same girl at that who showed concern for customers having to wait in one single line. Disrespectful, period.

Management & HR care nothing about their employee’s or customers. They would much rather put a celebration in the back of the store in front of customers. They also talk to employee’s like animals instead of human beings. They pull the superiority card! I would not spend your money here! It’s a disgrace ESPECIALLY manager DONNA!!! Please don’t go here!

Management is terrible. Manager named Donna left a young woman all but herself to deal with customers while she was in the back doing nothing. The line was long and the manager acted like she could help. Terrible service from the manager.

I like this place, but I went there about an hour after it opened and they told me that I had to wait about 20-30 minutes to wait for the meat, vegetables, and queso to finish cooking. This is a college campus and you only get about 20 minutes in between classes not counting the time it takes to walk everywhere. I like to come here because it’s quick and easy and I don’t have to wait forever like you do at WOW and Chick fil a

As far as restaurants go it’s decent, better than the vast majority. As far as uah campus restaurants, it is the best one, and the most recent on the scene as of August 2017. Compared to Chipotle which inspired it, it has some pros: they don’t put a thousand abrasive processed spices in every menu item, making it much easier on the stomach even compared to other uah restaurants. Also they have way more variety, offering smoothies among other things. Cons: it costs more than Chipotle, yet the employees are paid slightly over half Chipotle pay if you include all benefits. If everything was organic I’d give it 5 stars.
