If this is your first time trying bibimbap, you NEED to get the hot stone pot. It’s a whole different experience. Opt for the bulgogi and the purple rice.
Stopped by on a week day during an odd hour (3pm), and it was super chill and quiet. The bathroom was clean. Didn’t have much interaction with the staff, so can’t speak to that, but the food hit the spot. Would recommend!

The service was extremely slow. While waiting, I asked two customers who were pacing back and forth how long they had been there. Orders are placed through a kiosk, and then you wait for your food. As I reviewed the menu, I paid attention to how long it was taking to prepare the two orders ahead of me. Additionally, the cashier at the counter seemed unaware that I was waiting to be acknowledged, as she had earbuds in. After seeing the delay, I decided to head to Legacy West for lunch instead.

I think the last time I went to Burning Rice was before the pandemic and I was not sure what to expect today. I went to try this location out and it was very different from what I remember. You order on a touch screen pad now. I remember you could get your own veggies and soup but they just bring it all out to you on a cart after you order. We got the rice bowls and they came out with our orders fairly quickly. The dishes are deceptively small as we felt really full afterwards.

companies should able to immediately tell you if a dish is gluten free and dairy free. after going up to the workers (since they only do a kiosk to order) she said yes it should be good. after we ordered and made sure to ask again, the worker decided to confirm with manager and then we were told the only gluten free option for protein is tofu.

UPDATE: The old menu is back and it’s perfect again. I’m so full and happy
To the owner/management, thanks for seeing our reviews and responding! Back to 5 stars you go!
Old review: They ruined this place with their updated menu. We ate here 1-2 times a week (it was our go-to spot!) but all of their menu changes and limited options are so disappointing. Where is my hot stone bowl and customizable choices? Where are my sauces?
The chicken bites used to be awesome but now taste microwaved – maybe it was a bad batch but I’m seriously so bummed.
No cart delivery service to my table with my food?

Overall not a shabby Korean place. My girlfriend and I each enjoyed our meals. Very filling and the hot skillet bowl we had kept it very warm for a while surprisingly. I would recommend to others

Love the concept, easy and simple menu to order from. Food is always hot and fresh. My 65 year old MIL had never eaten Korean food before and devoured her whole bowl and my toddlers also ate without complaint. Love this place, will definitely be back.

The food was good, but the portions were extremely small. I paid $25 and still left hungry. I actually had to stop by a burger place afterward because I wasn’t satisfied. I’m not overweight, but the portions here are honestly way too small. For that reason, I won’t be coming back.
