Casual bar restaurant that pools like it gets lovely in the evening either stage and dance floor. We stopped in for lunch while on the area and we were treated with quick and very friendly service. The food was good, typical of what we expected. And the mixed drinks were very tasty.

Went to the Burning Bridge Tavern today. Our servers were Amaya and Hannah. Both were very knowledgeable of the menu items. I came to this place on Motorcycle with a few other people so we had questions of the area about breweries and vineyards. Both staff members were very helpful. We had a great time. I will definitely be returning here with a larger group of people. I had a buffalo chicken wrap with tater tots.

I only for for wing night so based off that the food is great, some of the best wings in the region. Usually not crowded. Service is good, the tables are clean, and the beer is cold. The only downside I have experienced is the live music is way too loud especially on Wednesday. You cannot have a conversation with the person who is sitting next you.

I was here for a wedding reception. Wow, what a great facility you have. The room is large and easy access to parking across the street. Great location near the Susquehanna River. Beautiful views a block away. The pulled pork and chicken were tasty. Macaroni and cheese can always use a bit more cheezyness for moisture in this type of setting, but overall, it was good. Pasta salad was good and had the right amount of dressing. Not swimming in dressing.
The bar tender was helpful, and the staff let us in the night before to drop off all the table decorations. Very nice staff.
The area is lucky to have this great venue.

Visited September 5 bartender does not know how to make strawberry daiquiris. They sent me a strawberry margarita which tasted like they just poured strawberry sweetener in it.
Also went at happy hour my friend got a few drinks and they were all watered down.
We used to get the house nachos and cheese with onions and tomatoes on a huge plate. Now they downsized the plate and for two years they’ve been using cheap cheese in a can. It is not the real cheddar like it used to taste fresh and had real cheese.
They are obviously trying to save money in all the wrong places. Can’t wait till the new tourist inn opens up.
On a a good note they have good bands, great atmosphere , clean restaurant .
This is an adult setting with drinking and they sadly allow little kids and toddlers in the restaurant. Unlike some restaurants have an age limit of no one under 18 permitted. So if you’re going there after work and want to be in an adult setting, there will be little kids running around yelling sometimes.

Really sad that they won’t sell bottles of water! I’m not able to drink their cups of spigot water because it makes me sick. I don’t like alcohol and I don’t drink unhealthy sugary soda, so one time I brought my own bottle of water, but I got in trouble for doing that. They have great bands and great food, but I have to die of thirst whenever I go to see a band. One time a waitress felt bad for me and gave me a bottle of water out of her own personal lunch bag, but I felt bad because then she didn’t have a bottle of water to drink. Since they won’t let me bring my own water, they should sell bottles of water!!

Came to hang out for the evening with my boyfriend as we typically do and was refused service due to an out of state ID. Been here multiple times with the same ID’s with no problems. The supposed manager lady came up to us and said she couldnt take the ID almost making it seem like she thought it was a fake. She stated that she asked the cheif of police about and he said dont take it. we left and brought back proof that we are who we say we are and they turn around and say “oh we just dont take out of state ID’s anymore” So I guess if you’re from out of state visiting, dont go to this bar. Its a shame, but unfortunately I will never go back.

So I have an out of state id and the girl didn’t take it but said if I came back with my pa id that she’d take it and I did so and came back 20 mins later and she said they don’t take out of state ids anymore. When she could’ve just told me that in the first place so that just shows the charisma of the place

The Burning Bridge Tavern is near the river and is an interesting bar. I like the decor and the food and drink is good. My husband had the Texas chili. It was a bit spicy but good. The salad wasn’t that good. But our dinners were good. We both had Pit Master Special. Three meats and 2 sides. I had the brisket, smoked turkey and pit beef. Along with fries. My husband had the special also it had brisket, grilled chicken and pit beef. The chicken was dry. But all the other meats tasted good and smoky. The pit beef is shredded. The BBQ sauce has good flavor. We enjoyed our dinner wait staff was friendly and efficient. One thing : CASH ONLY.
