Burney,Burney,Burney. What is going on? You lured me in with awesome baked goods and especially the cream filled croissants. However, cream filled no longer is cream filled. Is there a shortage of butter cream? The croissants I got the last 3 times, while the best in the land, were very sparse on the cream. And the longjohns,while again, top notch,were very frugally filled. See enclosed picture. I’m not going to quit buying your pastries but I long for the day’s of my forefathers when they were stuffed full like my belly when I leave a buffet.

Came here for the first time and I will definitely be back! I ordered. A dozen macaroons assorted as well as a dozen assorted glazed croissants. Everything is baked fresh daily and you cannot go wrong with anything in that Burney’s has to offer. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you have not been to Burbey’s, I would highly recommend this place especially if you’re in Southport. The glazed croissants were baked fresh and still warm when I got them. Next in my list is to try a cake and some of their ice cream. Until next time!

Lots of great pastries for very reasonable prices. The glazed croissants are TOO DIE FOR and the filled variety are stuffed to the brim! However, the normal glazed are just as amazing especially if you want something not quite as heavy. The croissants are just like freshly fried donuts but somehow even better because of the texture of the croissant. I will definitely return to try the other tasty looking treats they offer

Efficient friendly staff who fill orders quickly. Food is delightful. A must visit place in southport. Stopped by in afternoon and plenty of goods on display.
