This has been an ongoing issue with burncoat pizza for some time now. It is against the law to park that close to a corner or a stop sign. It is also very hazardous and can cause a major accident. This lady went above and beyond her selfishness, so she doesn’t have to walk 20 ft. Inconsiderate and arrogant! I will be filing a complaint with the city and following up with it as well. I drive by everyday, and every day it’s an issue. This is not something just for today, so let’s spare the claims.

Typically burncoat is ok. Do not order if you have allergies!
Most recently I was given a hamburger with cheese, and I have a dairy allergy. Which I’ve gotten pretty used to, and typically they replace it quickly. After being told they would replace my burger, I hung up because I was mad, having had to replace my dinner multiple times. After a half hour i called to see when my burger was coming and they said, “We weren’t sure if you wanted credit or a burger, because you hung up”. So mediocre food, crappy service. Any one with any allergy should skip this place and avoid the headache. Won’t be returning.

We placed an online order and had it delivered….The pizza was very hot and delicious!!!! The driver got here very fast …I would highly recommend Burncoat Pizza .

Discovered this place based on their Thanksgiving and pickle pizza. Took weeks to get it because I work the same hours they’re open and they wouldn’t deliver to my location (6 miles), not even with my bribes. I desperately wanted to try it, so I hustled up someone to grab them for me. Both pizzas were solid. Good toppings, great crust, reasonable prices. If they ever expanded their delivery range, I’d be all about them.

I chose to eat here, they not only offered me friendly fast service, they made me food with high quality ingredients. I placed an order online tonight and got a 25 minute ETA. I showed up 26 minutes later and was told it would be a few more minutes. 28 minutes after thati finally got my food. It was luke warm and had clearly been sitting a while.

Best house pizza in Worcester. Won’t go anywhere else. The chefs take pride in their work. Twice now I’ve been told “beautiful pie.” That feels almost as good to hear as the first bite when I get home.

This place kills it!! The pizza is awesome and so is the few other things i have tried. The “gobbler” is not on the menu but bighly reccomend !!! A thanksgiving pizza done right. Only thing i would change is add a tad more gravy next time. Dont look at the price tag this pizza is worth it all day!! Do yourself a favor and get over to burncoat for some pizza.

This is a hidden gem — not hidden to locals who know how good their pizzas and subs are. At Thanksgiving time they make a ‘Gobbler’ pizza (a Turkey gravy base followed by stuffing, turkey, and cranberry sauce topped with their pizza cheese). So far I’ve had the Burncoat special pizza — excellent! and their Gyro (really good). They have their own website you order from for online orders. Highly recommend!
