I can’t say enough about the care and professionalism of the team running events and catering at Burn. From start to finish, organizing a private event felt easy and seamless. They were thoughtful, patient, and attentive to every detail-especially in ensuring our vegan guest of honor was fully accommodated all while working with us to stay within budget. Even on a busy night like Thanksgiving Eve, we felt genuinely well cared for. While cigars aren’t usually my thing, the classy atmosphere and exceptional service left a lasting impression, and makes me want to return! Many thanks to Colin and the entire team for such a wonderful experience!!!

Great fresh cigars and rightly priced, very nice humidifier to keep them fresh. Nice ambience. Service at bar was bit average, laid back and not matching to the vibes of the place. Drinks were average and pricy. I think a good mixologist would help here. I would come back for cigar and vibes.

I was pretty happy with my cigar and the service at this place! Our waitress was very kind, and Evan (the best dressed man in Pittsburgh) helped us find the perfect range for price and flavor. All we did was smoke cigars, but the environment is super nice, with several VIP areas. The back patio is a great/fun vibe.. we walked here after the Pirates game in about 5 minutes or so. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a great cigar lounge! I can’t speak to the food. Other than that the menu is pretty limited (think fancy bar food). I would definitely come back! There are lots of TVs for sports and etc.. and it seems like a hot party spot outside on the weekends.

Great experience. Chris and Nate, bartenders, and Ray in the humidor provided exceptional service.
Full menu, full bar. Plenty of seating, inside and outside.
No stars for Food only because we didn’t eat. But the menu is attractive.

I was in town for a conference. Came to burn 3 times. Two times it was great. Third time was not the charm. The employee in the humidor, Chris, was excellent. Bar staff inconsistent. On our third night the bartender was more interested in her cell phone than the customers. The pizzas are tasty. But given a choice I’d recommend Blend. Burn is fine. If I’d only come 2 nights I would have given them a 5. But the third night was disappointing. Had a great conversation with Caleb the GM. He was receptive to my comments. You’re experience will be good and hopefully you catch them on a good night!

After visiting Burn in Atlanta, we wanted to try the Pittsburgh location. The tobacconists were FANTASTIC (thank you Justin and Ray), the food was good, and the service was ok. We appreciated the flowers during the Mother’s Day event, and the ambiance was excellent. Overall, a great place to enjoy cigars.

Burn is more than a cigar lounge. It’s a community. The atmosphere is unmatched, the staff genuinely cares about your experience, and the cigar selection is top tier. Whether you’re a seasoned aficionado or just looking for a sophisticated night out, this is the spot.

Ok, the sting of the Steelers playoff loss is starting to wear off, so I can finally write this review. We went in for a drink before the game, so it was packed. Environment was great, DJ was fun, but the best part was Chris the bartender. He was personable, quick, and very attentive. Remembered our drinks and made a killer old fashioned. Definitely recommend.

In the 9yrs I lived in Pittsburgh- Upper Saint Clair. I’ve patronized this establishment about a dozen times. Actually was in Indianapolis in September and was pleased to find a branch of this lounge there!

Enter NYE a cold snowy day in Pittsburgh. Thought to step out and have some spirits and a nice cigar. Although when I got to my South Hills Puff n Stuff, it was closed. So I called over to Burn. Was told they were open and would be until 2:00am. However when I arrived it was very empty. Though 95% of the tables on the floor were removed. So I found one that was not. Sat for 12minutes.. no service! After 10minutes, an Ill mannered employee came over did not address me. Instead she slapped a pair of glasses, party horn and a reserved sign on the table! I waited a couple more minutes. Ultimately went to the bar order informed the Bartender was served an offer a tab. He sage would take care of the lack of service and not to fear the rest of my evening would be pleasant.

Approximately, 8minutes later some loud suit wearing young fellow came and told me that someone was there for that table as it was reserved. I told him it wasn’t when I sat and had been there for 20minutes. He acted surprised. However the surprise, was on me because the only table that was seated was needed by invisible people! In other words all other tables were empty. Bigger surprises 25minute later the table I was ordered to depart from remained empty.

Not only did I order and tip 25% after being ignored for 12minutes I was also disrespected and discarded as if I was a vagrant. I do enjoy their Dark Star. However, I will NEVER darken there dear again. At least not the North Shore location. Happy New Year ___ not.

Great cigar selection some out of the RP atmosphere. Great space good DJ. Early evening on a Wednesday kind of confusing left and right tiers marked reserved or closed although no one‘s there. Would be nice to have more seating selection, but I guess those are reserved for VIPs that may or may not show up?
There is some kind Wild West promotion going on, but the wait staff seems hit or miss as to whether or not they know anything about it.
Prices seem great got a feral pig and a very nice whiskey at a good rate. Would definitely come back.
