I visited this place recently and overall had a good experience. The location is nice, with a beautiful outdoor view that really adds to the atmosphere. Parking is limited though, with only a small space available, including a small bike parking/locking area.

The burger was juicy and very good in taste, but it seemed like it was prepared a bit in a rush. The ingredients were falling out between the buns, giving it a slightly unfinished look. With a little more attention to presentation, it could have been excellent.

The best part, however, is the ice cream – it’s high quality and makes for a perfect treat after the meal.

Overall, the place has potential, and with the good food, ice cream, and great view, it’s definitely worth a visit.

The double cheeseburger is phenomenal. The clam chowder is remarkable. Friendly staff and great view of lake Champlain.

The best clam chowder I have ever had. It was so creamy and had just the right amount of flavor. We have been in New England all week and all I wanted was some clam chowder and it was worth the wait. My husband had the fish tacos and enjoyed them too. I was a little disappointed in the fries. They look fresh cut in the pictures but they didn’t taste like they were.

Line was super long when my family went on a Wednesday night. Probably stood in line for 30-45 min. I think they either need more people on staff or more windows to keep the lines moving because they weren’t. Pretty place to watch the sunset though and I would say the maple creamie was delicious. Not sure if i would ever wait in that line again, but def a must try in your in town

The store was very close to our hotel and was still open beyond 8pm. They had a good collection of hard liquor brands and wine. They also had regular sodas, snacks and quick bites. The deli was closed already, for the night.

I bought small sparkling wine bottle, a coke zero, a smart water, cheese ill-it and cookie from the store. The prices were decent as I was surprised the total purchase amount was much lower than what I was expecting. The checkout was easy, the clerk was friendly.

The store has both indoor and outdoor seating areas. People use the outdoor seats to watch sunset at the lake.

Great location overlooking Lake Champlain and Green Mountains in the background. Food is good, though a bit pricey for us.

This is a convenient and well stocked market with a beautiful location and scenic deck. The grill menu has a nice variety of sandwiches at reasonable prices. However, I recommend avoiding the Southwest Chicken Avocado Sandwich, which had a very narrow chicken breast that was only half as wide as the bun. But the chicken was thick and not cooked right — too tough and chewy to eat. The staff was very gracious letting me swap it for a cheeseburger.

You can stop here for some ice cream with a view! It’s right by the water. We got the black raspberry and maple creemee. It’s very creamy but a little grainy, probably from the berries. Cute little spot!

My mother-in-law and I recently went to Vermont for a fall foliage trip. We had a quick bite to eat at Burlington Bay Market and Cafe with nice outdoor seating. For dessert we each had a creemee from the cute little window stand. The Maple Creemee was AMAZING! Great food and service!

This place doesn’t look like much from the street. The food, service, and views were all great. You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. It a market as well as an eatery, so you can purchase pre-made items for a quick run in.
The service was great, very helpful at the counter and someone keeping the dining area clean. There are amazing views over the lake, you can eat inside and in nice weather, the outside patio is a hidden gem to relax.
