Bagel sandwiches, blender drinks & salads dished up in a bright counter spot with 3 levels.

Many reviews call the bagels “OK” or “decent,” but few explain what they think is missing. Personally, I loved mine—the flavor was spot‑on and the texture was perfect. While I waited in line, I noticed the staff greeting regulars by name and treating everyone with genuine warmth. The upstairs seating area also offers a great view of the walking mall. My only real complaint is the lack of free Wi‑Fi, but I think the bagels make up for it.

I’m a BHS student, and today I’m looking for a new morning drink spot. I had always been a huge fan of Black Cap, but the drinks are way too overpriced! So, I came here for a morning drink today.
I ordered a Vanilla Chai Iced Latte, and it was way cheaper, only 7$! There was also options for small or big, which Black Cap doesn’t offer. The payment process was also very convenient, and the drink came out fast! The flavor was actually more fresh than Black Cap!
The service was awesome! They pay attention to every customer, and the atmosphere was pretty nice too!
Overall, this morning restaurant is a cheap, convenient, and consistent restaurant. Definitely one of the best morning brunch restaurants in Burlington!

We recently tried the roast beef Asiago bagel with all vegetables and Chipotle Mayo sauce, and had the whole thing roasted. I went with a few friends to Burlington Bagel Bakery, and overall, the food was okay—not the best, but decent. The roast beef bagel I had was flavorful, but nothing particularly special.
The atmosphere, however, was pretty good. They have multiple tables, making it a nice spot for students to hang out. It’s a laid-back place to grab a bite, study, or just chill with friends. While the food didn’t blow me away, the vibe of the place makes it worth a visit.

10/10 everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. 8/10 Maple Latte. Busy, long line but it moved quickly. Additional seating on upper level.

Great location right on Church Street. Good quality bagels and sandwiches not quite NYC but good.

I absolutely love this place. The bagels tasted great, it’s not too doughy and tasted fresh. The coffee was ok, nothing too out of the ordinary. It’s not too expensive, perfect for a quick snack while walking around on the Church’s street. It seems like a popular place for students, the waiting line was quite long.

Important bits first.
Go here if hungry.
The bagels are as expected, amazing. We ordered the Camel’s back and a Spicy Ruben. Both were very well assembled, and cut in half. Ingredients didn’t shift when eaten and the bagels were stuffed. Flavour was excellent on both.
The bagels themselves were very well made, and shaped perfectly.
Had a large coffee as well, which was self serve but the coffee I picked was also a great cup. Well roasted with punchy flavour.
Service is good. I haven’t been here before so I kind of messed up the order of ordering but was accomodated.
Seating is ample and well spaced for the location. Split on 3 levels.
It’s in the city so parking is street level but walkability is perfect.

The Burlington Bagel Church St. location was our favorite breakfast spot during a recent trip to Lake Champlain. The bagels were fresh and chewy, and the breakfast sandwiches were delicious. I’d even go so far as to say the Triple B sandwich is spectacular no matter what bagel you choose to have it on. Picture this: egg, bacon, cheese, hashbrown, and chipotle mayo layered in between halves of a fresh bagel. Absolutely delicious. I had it one day with an asiago & roasted red pepper bagel, and another day with a Montreal spice bagel. My husband had egg, cheese, and sausage on Montreal spice bagels and a hashbrown on the side. These sandwiches are generous and so filling, we didn’t eat again til dinner. We’re back home now and really miss hitting Burlington Bagel for breakfast. Go try a Triple B right now!

Absolutely loved everything about the place. Great place to grab breakfast – their bagels and coffee are great! I cannot stress enough about how much I liked their bagels. They have such a wide variety of bagels and cream cheese to choose from and customize your sandwich. I took the camel hump (with chicken breast) and customized it with sesame bagel and garlic and herb cream cheese! Spent a good amount of time drinking my coffee and looking at the busy church street of burlington! Would visit again!

It’s a nice place with all kinds of bagels to choose from. Good flavors baked with different herbs. I got a breakfast sandwich called the Catamount. It has egg, cheese, spinach, and avocado, and I told them to add bacon. I picked the Jalapeño cheddar bagel for the sandwich. It was very good. The service was quick and friendly. I got a hot coffee with it. Great place for a quick bite. I only paid 10 bucks all together. It’s not too bad.
