Please don’t water down the Ranch dressing like it was tonight.. the beers were great.! Yes you have to be very personel to get the hang of how it goes here.. with staff ect.. some pizza I saw was way black. . And sent back… Mine was fine… !! Except I didn’t get the anchovies I asked for.!!! Wooo weee wings .. delicious..

I visit Burgh’s about once a month with a group of friends. We love the food and service has always been good. I went with my wife on 6/21/26 because I trusted we would have the same experience. I was wrong. The server was the worst we may have ever had; colder than the pizza. After being sat she must have walked past our drink-less table a half a dozen times before she acknowledged us. All she had to say the many times we made eye contact: “I’ll be right with you”. We had to ask for napkins. We had to ask for silverware after the food came. Her attitude was just as terrible. I watched her interact with others, seemed like she knew them, and totally different with them. We ordered wings and pizza. Wings came out in 30 minutes and then we didn’t get our pizza for 50 minutes! Ok it was Saturday night, but at least “bad server” could come over and explain the delay or say, “your food should be out soon”. We had to ask if she forgot our pizza! When it finally arrived at the table it was cold.
I am very disappointed with our experience. Because I didn’t want to outdo her, I still left 20%. Five days later it is still bothering me that I gave her something she didn’t deserve. I will have to go back with friends as they love the food, but if I get her again, I’m asking for a different server. I will never be back on my own volition.

Was in Burg’s today for the first time we went there for lunch. Such a nice restaurant for lunch. My food was very good. The service was good also, it just took a little to long for our food to get prepared and served. The atmosphere was great, it was clean and our waiter was very friendly. Thank you for a nice lunch.

Wings were fantastic! I only got an order of 5 which was great that they offered such a small order cause I just wanted to try them. I’m a wing snob . Crispy, good buffalo sauce. Nice atmosphere. They accommodated my request for all flats. I’m coming back for more!

Saturday 3/15 ordered 20 mild wings & a Naples original large. I asked the woman who handled the pick up orders for extra wing sauce & she said it was packed up with the wings. It was not. Got home to find out the wings barely had any sauce. No ranch or blue cheese either. Pizza was Cooked well. Better service would be nice.

Restaurant was clean, open, and warm. Immediately greeted for seating & had wonderful service by Rachel. Food all came out fast and hot! Ordered the 10 wings & pepperoni pizza. Wings were super hot and good. Pizza was far better, super hot, very cheesy, cooked perfectly. Great menu with big beer selection. Overall great experience and will be back!

I’ve gone here for a couple years now always been good. Tonight while waiting for my deep dish pizza to be done, the chef accidentally dropped while getting it out of the oven. He was super apologetic and made me a new one and for the wait I got the pizza free, 20 gift card and a drink on the house. Food was excellent and my wife loved the Cajun sandwich. Highly recommend

Newer to the area and never had been before and Caleb was my server. He was attentive and recommended some great menu items and he was not wrong that you can’t go wrong with anything they have to offer. I have been back a few times after and will continue to eat here. Between Caleb, my food, the price and experience I would definitely recommend stopping here and the wings are above and beyond the best! Highly recommend stopping here !

Wings is in the name, so….. The only two complaints are cost for 10 wings and 4 mozzarella wedges for $35. That is really steep.
Th buff sauce is watery. Wing good sauce is bad. See the picture. It is ok. It’s not amazing. I need to add. I just found the carrots and celery that comes with the wings. See the picture. They are old and dirt. $1.99 for a small portion cup of blue chesse. They need a quality person there.
