I had the grilled chicken sandwich It was delicious. I also got the chocolate hazelnut milkshake. It was perfect. French fries are a little soggy could use a little more crunch but other than that very good.

Okay so this is usually one of my favorite locations to order from and eat at. But, not this morning… The wait was long, even though I had made my order online first before picking it up. Then I get my food and my shake wasn’t made right, then my breakfast bowl was put in a burger box (first time ordering a bowl so I’m not sure if this how they usually serve it or not) but then I open it and it’s so tiny! Lol definitely not what I was expecting from the picture and the hash brown is overcooked. I’m just super disappointed and wish I never would’ve went there for breakfast. I added photos of what how the bowl is advertised and what I got…
Also, when I went inside to tell them about my shake I felt as if I was bothering them and was told it was made right even though it didn’t taste anything at all like coffee. It tasted like the vanilla bliss shake I’ve had in the past. It’s even white, not brown. Anyway, I’m hoping this is just a one time thing since this is my favorite location.

I come to this restaurant regularly with my mother, we are both greeted at the door everytime , the smiles and kindness of the staff are appreciated and I have never been disappointed by the food ever! The staff are all hard working and always help my mother with her orders, we love coming here! Matt has a great attitude, Stephanie is a great and wonderful person and Haley has a beautiful smile and personality! Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable everytime! B.V. 4 LIFE!

This location consistently fails to put sauces in delivery orders, both included sauces such as with Fish & Chips and paid extras.
Bags arrived sealed so this was not a delivery driver issue. Has happened multiple times.

On the way to PDX, my daughter and I went through the drive through at the Burgerville on 134th and Hwy 99. Staff member was extremely polite and helpful. The fried egg biscuit sandwiches were the best that we’ve had at Burgerville. The biscuits were flaky, and all ingredients were fresh and hot. I definitely will make this my preferred Burgerville, even though it is not the one closest to my house.

Prices are much higher than years past. I do understand they source local ingredient and treat thatte staff very well compared to other establishments, This location is very busy at lunch time but had plenty of staff to get orders out as quickly as possibly. We went on national cheeseburger day but the cashier did not honor the deal that Burgerville was promoting that day. Not sure if we will be going to Burgerville in the future when the prices are the same as sit down restaurants with full service.

Ricky the manager hooked it up! We had ordered on the mobile app and when we got there two of our items were unavailable. He was very professional, apologetic, and made up for it happily! They were really busy and we didn’t have to wait very long for the corrections! Very impressed, he runs the store very well. Seeing how busy they were, everyone was happy and working well and cohesive with each other! That’s a great manager, he was running food out to the parking lot and was there in the trenches with his people. Very impressive display of a well running kitchen!!

Criminally low amount of food for the price. I ordered the “colossal” burger (see picture) and 3 fillets of fish for $33.. I think 2 hungry toddlers could’ve finished it. The Colossal burger’s name has to be changed to burger with different sauce.

Not overly impressed with my 1st visit. Their season Walla Walla burger was severely lacking any real flavor or spice to make it stand out. Staff tried to sell it hard, but the result was pretty…sad. However, my wife got their chicken strips and said that they were pretty awesome.
