I am surprised at some of these reviews. Where can you eat for this money and not have it be absolute trash? Workers are very sweet and food is decent. I genuinely enjoyed my double cheeseburger and the spocy chicken slider. The chicken was just a bit on the dry side but the rub on it is very unique and honestly quite great. I will be back for both soon.

Foods great but every time I come during night shift to this store and ask for heavy and or extra ketchup it is not given. The last picture is from the ketchup packets, that I had to go back through the drive thru to ask for. Ricky I believe that’s the manager said that there was extra ketchup on the burgers if that’s how y’all give “extra ketchup” you guys need to relearn some things.

Quality has gone way down and prices have gone way up. Their fries are consistently greasy, soft, cold, and tonight, actually smelled rancid. This was tonight after pulling up to the front to wait for my food after going through the drive-thru. You’d expect everything to be fresh after waiting. I believe they fry their fish and their fries in the same oil and it needs to be regularly changed and the workers simply need to stop serving old food. They also consistently forget items (the last 6+ times we’ve been there- have to go back in and have them fix the order). Not worth the $60-$80 plus tip for our fam. Save your money.

I had high hopes for my visit to Burgerville, especially since I specifically requested fresh fries and a chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and the sandwich didn’t taste fresh at all. I was really disappointed with my meal this time. I expect better quality from a place known for its food. Plus it doesn’t even look like large fries! Sad because previously i left 5 star review 3 years ago now had to delete it. Also chicken sandwich super dry.

I found this gem of a burger joint around the Vancouver, WA area, while on a business trip. Great food! A very unique and delicious take on a burger. It is hard to describe the taste, so I will just let you try it for yourself. My Man Thaddeus will fix you up something delicious. Also, the restroom was well lit, well stocked with paper products, and clean.

Took too long to get our food and others left the restaurant before they ordered. Was hoping BV had improved. Left a review with corporate. Our daughter went up later to get two shakes and they gave her one for free, but that doesn’t help us on our order. Thought about getting a malt shake but I think we’ll go to Carl’s Jr instead. Not sure if we will visit again anytime soon. There are other choices of burgers around here.

Wonderful restaurant, has been at this location for quiet some time. Food is wonderful, unlike any other fast food joint. Id recommend burger ville to anyone they’re absolutely amazing! & healthier in my opinion compared to other franchises because they use cleaner, fresher, pure ingredients!

What was once my go to place for delicious beef alternative burgers, has now proven to no longer be of interest or use. They removed the turkey burger from the menu, and their veggie burger, while well flavored, had a sicky sweet taste which completely ruined my desire for a BURGER. I don’t understand why people think beef replacement shouldn’t have the same flavor definitions…yes, I don’t want it to taste like beef, or replicate beef’s assault on my stomach enzymes like Beyond, but I still want a SAVORY experience.
Next disappointment, extraordinarily salt fries…inedible level salt…AND lukewarm at best…the fries I hesitated to order, and talked myself into, quickly balked their way out of my meal.
I’ve justified the cost of BV because it had what I wanted, was warm / fresh, and met a specified craving I’m left lingering with even now…if they are going to provide crap products at the same ridiculous price point…they’re going to continue to decline and ultimately fall away.
So why 3 stars…those kids were working their butts off! Their customer service was through the roof, and their subtle upselling was on point…not too much pressure, but enough to make me rethink my decisions. It’s rare to find both in play these days…so kudos to them…they saved this from the 0 star review it deserved.

After giving my order was, there’s only a strawberry milkshake with 1 or 2 cars in front of me in the drive-through, it took 15 minutes to get my order. They need to really figure out how to speed up their process.Because this is terrible service
