Not to start off negative but…. holy moley the price, 2 cheeseburger combos (one was side of onion rings) $42. And change then they ask for a tip. To go order… mixed feelings on tipping. I gave a small amount so $47 for 2 Combos!
The food EXCELLENT… DELICIOUS, HOT, great fries, fresh. The service was friendly and with a smile. I hope they pay their staff well. The atmosphere was okay, clean restrooms (had to get a code) it’s just a shock to pay so much for fast food to go. Didn’t have a shake this time, but they are very well known for their shakes. It was all fresh.

Give y’all a tip cause service has been good last two visits and what do you do!? You forget my ladies sauce…. it’s fast food, it isn’t difficult. You even read the sauce off to me when confirming my order. $47 for two people get your shit together- that cost the same as eating out at a real restaurant.

Stopped into Burgerville for a quick meal. I was greeted by an amazing lady named Kelly! Her customer service was amazing. Even brought my food out to me and she also gave me a good recommendation on the chipotle aioli. The cooks definitely know what they were doing. The portions were spot. I got the cowboy sliders with extra crispy onions and extra mayo with a side of regular walflie fries. Crispy,crunchy and just an overall amazing experience. This might be my favorite Burgerville. I will be back!

The people who work there didn’t put my order in at the drive through. Then I get up to the first window and they ask if I have an online order (obviously no) so then she put my order in and then I get into the second window and they tried to hand me somebody else’s food. They do this job all day yet seem to make mistakes like new hires. Cold and thrown together originally hamburgers. Good but could have been better on all accounts.

Great experience at Gher, and Id get nothing less from Burgerville. Its crazy to me people have negative comments about Burgerville ever. Its usually that its overhyped. Im here to say, No. Its truly not. The quality is always good and if you dont want to spend the money or youre not interested in the new or seasonal items theres always a couple trusty classic cheeseburgers with extra Burgerville spread and the best shakes!! They put effort into the details(no seriously- taste, texture, presentation, local sourcing, etc) AND its fast food? Burgerville does not have to go this hard, and they do! I see you Burgerville!!! it’s nice when you’re to blame, you got a problem for being in a hurry, didn’t listen and don’t know what to do, but suddenly you have a very pleasant, smiling, joyful girl in front of you and instantly solves everything, takes you out of an awkward situation, serves at the highest level and gives what exactly I wanted. thank you very much for such cool workers and success. I also want to note that the food here is delicious and bistro. I recommend trying it if you haven’t tried it yet.

It’s not anywhere near what it was, when George Propstra owned it. It’s changed a lot. Especially, the price of food for what one gets. I’ve been disappointed in the service as well. I had doubts about visiting any Burgerville location again, and this didn’t help.
