A Lil pricey , but what isn’t these days, clerk was very helpful, got the colossal burger & the vampir ( seasonal) the 1 double colossal filled my husband, he said great flavor & I know the vampire burger was DELICIOUS tons of garlic great flavor , I also got the chicken salad between the burger & the salad it became 2 meals for me. Even my husband who hates fast food fries said there’s was real good & I agree..i didn’t like the pumpkin shake it tasted fake but the mocha drink was gd.3 burgers 1 fry ,1 salad & 2 drinks with $5 tip was almost $69.00 … more than I expected for sure. Thank god it was gd at least

I just visited the Battle Ground Byrgerville. I ordered a black cod sandwich and a strawberry milkshake. It took over 20 minutes to get served and had to wait in the parking lot for my order. When I got back to my office and opened up the bag, I found that I had received a small order of fries and a milkshake. NO FISH SANDWICH!!! I have shopped for the last time at this establishment.

Took them 5minutes to answer the drivethrough. Spent 30$ on food. They messed up both orders. Asked for a double patty and only got a single. The other burger didnt have mushrooms on it as advertised on the menu. Both burgers looked mashed together and the waffle fries were old and hard.

$7.69 for a barely warm burger that looked like someone stepped on it and $4.59 for cold truffle-whatever fries that she spilled on the dirty table. I am pretty sure this is my last burgerville visit for a while. 10/10 would NOT recommend

I love burgerville, I used to work the grill years ago at one, this particular BV has a huge problem with orders. I can count on my hand how many times my order has been correct. If you order Gluten free, no cheese. Just make a loop through the drive through because they will always put cheese on that thing. Its not a huge deal usually but this is regarding a food allergy so it’s exhausting having to make two trips to the drive through after paying 3 times as much as any other restaurants. The food is good its just the lack of effort or skill from the grill team.
P.S. as a former grill cook, don’t act like a prick when YOU messed up someone’s allergy specific order, I’m always super chill to who ever cooks my food but the guy working the grill was mumbling under his breath when I asked him to remake my partners burger. I wouldn’t put up with that as a manager.

I used to live in battleground and loved Burgerville. Whenever I visit the PNW it’s on my list of places to visit. I am sad to say it was my last time today. Order a four piece halibut fish and chips and a cheeseburger cost $22. I also asked for a water which they could not provide when paying I was given the awkward option to tip which I declined. One piece of halibut was undercooked and pink. All other pieces drained a liquid when opening it up. Not sure if it’s just this burgerville or all of them but the prices have gone up while quality has went down

I brought my in-laws to get ice cream, at the Battle Ground Burgerville. They have the best, most creamy ice cream! I missed it so much, when they didn’t have it during COVID. The lady who took our order, I believe, Kathy was her name, was the sweetest lady! It has a bright, clean, and fun ambiance, there!

The food here is so good. Being a local having moved away coming back and sharing with my family was such a delight.
Location is clean and airy. It has much the same look as I had seen some 10 years ago but with big LCD screens with all the different offerings. They had lots of drinks and classic burgers. We enjoyed the bacon burger and the halibut sandwich. All fresh and hot and turned into combos. Yummy steak fries. All locally sourced.
They have seasonal shakes and we got the fresh raspberry and could have added malt.
I got their plant based dessert made with coconut and had a hazelnut chocolate sundae.
Well worth the cost with generous portions and creamy shakes. If they ever branched out of Washington and Oregon I would love to visit more often.

I just wanted a grilled chicken sandwich with no onions and my order still had onions on it. They were very nice, but, I just wish someone could read requests and follow them.

My family loves BV. This is a first for me, the fries were terrible, tasted old and like the grease possibly needs to be changed. One order of fries had non cooked fries. The order was wrong. Had to go up and ask for items they left out. Do not think I will come back to this location.
