Business 80% full at lunch hour. No line at the time of order. After the order, we waited 10 minutes until the order was delivered to our table. I had the bacon double cheeseburger and fries. The burger had little taste possibly because the burger being dry. Pickles are of the cold refrigerated variety. One slice of thin cheese. A thin tomato and thin bacon inside a lettuce wrap completed the sandwich. Mayonnaise was the sauce used. Overall, it was a disappointing burger. The fries were crispy but tasteless. These fries are a little thicker than shoestring fries. Pricing is well above the market for fast food burgers of this type. Servers were friendly but slow. The restaurant is clean with the exception of the floor during lunch. There is ample parking.

Any time I’m in Washington a must do is go to Burgerville! The truffle fries were incredible! Crispy on the outside and fluffy insure linside. Incredible.
The shake was amazing as well. I look forward to the seasonal offerings to see if there is anything new, or what is coming out next. My favorite thing there are the Walla Walla Sweet onion rings!!
There isn’t anything on the menu I don’t like.
The service is always fantastic and it doesn’t matter which place you go to, it’s consistently quality. I rarely get the opportunity to eat inside as I’m usually traveling, but when I have the store is always clean, including the restroom.
By far, my favorite burger place in Western Washington!

First time I ever been here with my kid and spend 50$. Staff was nice but food not worth it. The Bun is soaking in grease making entire bun damp and peeling off and bit in completely cold and raw in the middle . Threw it away and went grocery shopping cooked at home . Was way better than whatever this was . Never again

It seems all fast food is no longer cheap these days, so I’d rather go here than the golden arch. But $46 for two people to eat? Yikes. That’s dine-in restaurant prices. Probably one of the last times I can afford to eat here. I’m sure the social media manager is going to paste their usual copy-paste comment about going to their website to look for coupons and deals, as I see on all the other reviews. How about you lower the prices instead of gate-keeping coupons and lower prices after the fact? That doesn’t really help anyone after purchase and I hate having to spend extra time and effort to get lower prices if you’re capable of giving them in the first place.

I’m not downloading another app on my phone either! I’m so tired of having hundreds of apps. The concept of having an app for every single store and restaurant you go to is insane!

Anyways, food tasted pretty good. Onion rings were really large, Shake was really tasty, grilled chicken burger tasted good and I love their sauces. Don’t appreciate being charged for sauces, those should be included with your meal. The quality of the meal was good, but it’s still fast food and very overpriced.

Its your average fast food restaurant similar to Carl’s Jr/Hardy’s.
Service was friendly and welcoming. One of the employees gave a glowing recommendation to try the ice cream. We tried it and it was ok. Again similar to sundaes you would get at similar establishments. We also ordered the fish sandwich, hamburger, chicken nuggets, chicken sandwich, onion rings, and french fries. The best of the options were the chicken sandwich and fries. They were great! The shake was also on point.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Restrooms were in presentable conditions on our visit. Very close to the outlet stores.

They have gluten free buns and vegan patties which was awesome but it is pretty standard Burger King quality food – Nothing special at all but decent if you need a quick bite. We also had the marionberry milkshake which was good!

I tried Burgerville for the first time and really loved it. This is the only location closest to Seattle.

I was with friends for a weekend in the Centralia area, and we decided to eat here. It was very delicious. I had the vegan burger, chocolate vegan shake, fried asparagus, and strawberry shortcake. The food was okay, but the shakes were the best. I felt that the food was nothing special and had a decent taste, but the desserts were delicious! The shakes were very creamy and delicious. I couldn’t even tell that I was drinking a vegan shake. As vegetarians, my wife and I really appreciated all the vegetarian friendly options.

I love the classic retro feel of the diner. It took me back to my 90s fast food days. The staff that helped us were friendly as well.

Overall, I definitely recommend Burgerville and this location.

Was driving back home after a trip out to see some friends and was confronted with very confused people in the car when I said I’d never been here before! It was absolutely worth the extra stop. Fantastic fries and a great solid burger. I do really appreciate the 75% locally sourced, it makes it feel so PNW in the best way. Really reminds me why I moved up here.

Just a “senior citzen” who misses the “old” Burgerville who served moist, yummy burgers with FREE extra sauce bothered on them! Oh, the good old days, and they were “GOOD!” Had to BUY ajar of the sauce to get the EXTRA SAUCE 🙁

$16 for this?! Time to support Bill & Bea’s!
And no, I’m not downloading your app. I shouldn’t need an app for good food. The burger was nasty. Thank you, but I will be going elsewhere.
