Food was phenomenal. The fried egg biscuit sandwich was so filling. I love that Burgerville has top notch ingredients (like the Face Rock Creamery 2 year aged white cheddar cheese and Cage free eggs that really made this sandwich). Others like Stumptown coffee, Pasture raised natural beef, Tillamook cheddar cheese, Grand central bakery brioche buns, Spiceology’s Smoky Honey Habanero, Zenner’s linguica sausage, Cilantro lime hatch, Cranberry mustard by Beaver Brand, Coconut whipped cream, Umpqua Ice cream, Cosmic Bliss plant-based ice cream,… So many quality ingredients that always elevate the meals. And I always know I am getting good clean food, and supporting local Oregon food artisan’s. And always So Yummy! So glad Bend finally has a Burgerville with food quality fitting of this phenomenal city!

Been there a decent amount I will be honest. I live near by. At first, I tried the normal burgers. They were all fine but ultimately I can’t justify the prices. I thought I was being frugal by ordering normal cheeseburger and the chicken sliders. But this will be the last time I go there, this is absolutely inexcusable. I swear on my life I didn’t cut that patty, it came in a shredded mess like that.. plus, we ordered a cheeseburger. Red flags all around, beyond the ones I ignored before. Sad.

Updated Dec. 2025:
We finally made it back and chose to dine in. The woman working the register was positively delightful and SO helpful. Best customer experience I’ve had at any Burgerville anywhere.
The specialty fries (this time garlic rosemary- my FAVORITE) have apparently shrunk considerably by container, but I got double within the container than the last time. The food was piping hot and delicious.
We rarely eat fastfood- and are less likely to dine in- but this dine in experience was the Burgerville we know and love with even better customer service than we imagined.

Previous Review Sept. 2025:
We lived on the Westside of the state and have frequented other Burgerville locations…
I’m hopeful we got an off day- as Burgerville and their seasonal local treats is something we love and are willing to pay for…
but this first visit to the Bend location was a huge disappointment.
The burger my nephew got was cold and *looked* like it had been sitting out for hours (he confirmed it was cold and tasted old).
I got the smallest amount of sweet potato fries imaginable, it was shocking how few fries were in the little bag. This may be a corporate shift- but when I buy the special fries they usually come in a little basket and the small was always enough… this was the size of a McDonald’s happy meal fry. Very disappointing.
I also got their peach/cherry cobbler dessert thing- it was all syrupy and not the fresh local goodness you expect from the Burgerville specials.
We’ll give it another shot and next time I’ll take photos or video (we did the drive thru- we were in the middle of a hectic move). Right now I’m worried that Burgerville has taken a nosedive or that this location is too far removed… we’ll see!

We’ve really enjoyed Burgerville, but we won’t be returning. Burgers were placed on children’s buns, we ordered the new bacon burger with Brie and there was one tiny amount placed on the burger. Definitely a bummer, as the food has been good up until now.

Food was a bag of grease. Paid for sauce and didn’t get it. Fires were ripped open and falling all over the place. Burgers falling apart and drowning in mayo, had to pull them apart and eat them in sections… 41 dollars for 2 meals and was trash. Meat not seasoned.

We ordered the bacon sliders and the backyard burger. They messed up our order. (Which was expected). “Quarter pounder” patty was TINY. We spent $39.00 for some mid food. They need to work on efficiency. If people are spending this much the order should be correct. Only positive thing is that the people were so kind.

the crowds went from massive down to miniscule over there at the NEW Burgerville restaurant where the Del Taco used to be.. we finally decided to give it a try today.. I’m weird, I’ll admit openly that Cheeseburgers are my favorite food.. I love them! I decided to start with the basics, Northwest Cheeseburger and fries. Did I say basic? There wasn’t anything distinct with the burger.. it was good, but I was in the hospital last February and I feel like St. Charles here in Bend had them BEAT! I’m certain that we’ll dine with Burgerville again at some point.. but I would keep searching if you’re planning to find the best burger in town..

The workers were great. The food was tatsy… it was also $1.19 more then when I went there 20 days ago.
I looked at what it woudl cost to order online and it would had been over $3 more. Thats such a huge hike up.

I ordered a large Fry through DoorDash I got a burger. This is the size I get? I don’t know but that’s not a large. Haven’t eaten all day since then and I am super disappointed. The only reason I have it a 3 star is because the food didn’t taste bad (cold but not bad)

First off, the service, they anticipated a large crowd will flock and didn’t have a system in place, I recommend for the company to learn JIT system or better yet learn from In and Out or Chick Fil A, They manage a crowd five times what you have today, today was chaos, they didn’t know what is going on, few staff are walking around calling orders from low numbers to high numbers, no way to know when will we get our orders, we waited over an hour for our food! Everyone was scrambling looking for Orders,
The food quality is ok, nothing extra ordinary or special, save yoirself some $$ and go elsewhere, put it this way, Burger King is better thantheirs,oh boy, the price is crazy expensive, they even charge for sauces. Enough for me to try but they are too expensive for a fast food burger. I’m staying with Bend Burger and Americana,Goodluck Burgerville!
Update: save your $$$ and go to Killer burger over at Costco complex!
