The customer service through drive-through was nice polite and quick. The quality of the food was gross. I ordered my family food for dinner expecting good quality burgers, especially for the amount of money we pay at Burgerville. I’ll let the photos speak for themselves but raw meat a chunk of the core of lettuce and the bun was so soggy. I could squeeze it and grease was dripping. I had to pull the bun apart from the burger because it was disintegrating. Absolutely disgusting.

I only go to Burgerville when I have my car serviced. It’s the closest place to eat, luckily their Plantville Cheezeburger is very tasty. I think it’s the cheese. The fries are delicious too. Free refill on drinks.

Very disappointed in their change from Halibut to cod. $13 for this??? I had 1 small bite of the fish. The fish pieces are even smaller than before. How is that possible. Tastes really bland, also I wasn’t given a choice of either 2 included dipping sauces. Waited over 20 minutes for this. Never again.

The burgers are always great, but those rosemary shoestring fries are another level of deliciousness. I don’t even eat fries very often, but I finished half of them, much to my son’s dismay. We went through the drive-thru, so I can’t say anything about the inside, but we had fast, efficient, courteous service at the Milwaukee, OR location.

The lady at the drive-thru was rude, and the malt had hair in it. The burger was super sloppy and had a ton of sauce. The fries were upside down in the bag; I was asked to pull them up and wait. The only redeeming part was a different lady from the drive-thru, who brought the food out and was friendly.

They always have seasonal items that seem to be the highlight of their menu. They never disappoint. I’ve not had one thing that I disliked. It’s a bit more expensive than other fast food places but it’s well worth it. Definitely above par. Fried green beans, waffle fries, walla walla onion rings, no.6 burger and chocolate hazelnut shake….Im just going to stop there. Awesome food

I ordered a mushroom burger there asked for extra everything when I sat down to eat it was not there so I brought my food back up and asked him to remake it they gladly remake it. Told him I was gonna make a review for him because I ate the original burger as well. So here’s me being a man of my word. Thanks guys see you next time.

Burgerville is great! I don’t live in the area but grew up here and the opportunity to eat at Burgerville is a treat. The food is good, just like I remember it being. What I don’t remember is the staff being so friendly and helpful. They were just lovely. Thanks for going the extra mile.

There’s no line at this burgerville! Clean bathrooms and lobby. The customer service was fine, nothing bad, nothing exceptional. We absolutely loved the food. Tasty, fresh ingredients. Yum!

Simply said, Burgerville isn’t what it used to be. Everything is overpriced and everything has been shrinkflated. The burgers are a lot smaller than they used to be & the fries are usually under cooked and soggy. It always takes forever in the drive through which might make one think orders are cooked to order but when you get cold burgers that speaks otherwise . These comments stand for all locations not just this one.
