Work service ever I don’t mind paying for good quality food or tasting fresh food but worse I will start by cooking my kids food like I cook my food when I go to work but this is so unacceptable $33. In something My daughter ordered a five-piece through the app like she always do in a milkshake take the food as I’m driving down the street there’s no fries go back that give me fries now I have photos to show they gave me old women with her face burgerville charges $5 and something cents for a piece of fish you can buy a pack of fish or a little thing of fish from the grocery store and make it at home the total came out to $33 and something cents very unacceptable I also have a video too

This has been our family goto BV location for years and frankly, it’s a disappointment to the Burgerville brand. I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to hire, properly train, and retain good employees, but every time our family orders from this location, either one item is missing, one item is wrong, or the service is pretty lack luster. I was overjoyed for a number of months because they had hired one stellar employee that greeted everyone promptly, remembered the regulars, and made it a point to make sure your order was on point. Sadly, she was bright and departed for greener pastures. Tonight’s missteps, no salt on the fries at all, someone went out of their way to add unwanted cheese to the hamburger we ordered for our lactose intolerate child (I checked our receipt and we did most definitely order him a hamburger), and the seasonal burger of the month I tried was a sloppy mess even though I had to wait for them to finish making it. Total order for a family of 4 with tip was $44 and change. I keep tipping hoping maybe someone will appreciate it and care just a little, but honestly I’m not sure why I even bother. Prices aren’t cheap, quality is poor, accuracy is never great, and service is always meh. I’ve been to some great Burgerville locations around the Northwest, but the Parkrose location on 122nd inevitably always leaves you with something to be disappointed in whenever you visit. Corporate…please please please…intervine, act like you care, and do something to fix this location.

I love this location, the food is consistently great and service is impeccable. Particularly, Aurora is always amiable and kind, even when I have dined in the late hours of the night. The dining area is spotless and I have literally nothing to complain about. I would HIGHLY recommend visiting this location, you will not be disappointed.

We went there with my son for the first time! The quality of the food is pretty good they use really good ingredients the burger was comparable to a red robin burger about the same price for a meal. The restaurant was clean and has a 60’s diner look to it. We had the bacon cheeseburger and fries I would give the burger a 8/10. I cant wait to try the other options like halibut fish and chips also, the shakes and treats are really good.

Really decent burgers and fries. Nothing really wrong with any of it. The dining area was clean, the bathroom was fine, and had no issues with my order. The burgers didn’t stand out above other fast food burgers, but the shakes were pretty good. If I needed a quick bite, I’d say Burgerville is a good choice.

I first orded a 16oz shake, they gave me a 12 oz shake. I asked for my 16oz they gave me a 12 oz, the lady at the front was super nice but the manager in the back remade my shake for me and he barley even mixed it, gave me the wrong top ( you can see in my photo ) and overfilled it so whipped cream was just spilling on me anytime i tried to drink it. I stained my jacket, he was rude aswell and my drink tasted kinda weird, different then my homies and we got the same drink it had a really odd aftertaste

Place was clean. Had plenty of open tables. We enjoyed the tasty Walla Walla onion rings. Man those are delicious! Wife had the seasonal raspberry lemonade and I had the strawberry milkshake. Both were equally good, hers sour and mine sweet. She got a bacon cheeseburger without lettuce and I enjoyed the half pound colossal burger. It was filling, I had to take about a third home with me and I can tear down a burger. Another pleasant visit, to a new location for us. Till next time Burgerville…

I get up to the window and I ordered two orders of fish and chips. The girl was kind of rude. The girl proceeded to ask me if I wanted anything else and I stated no. She quoted me $41.08. I got to the window the young man collected my money and a girl grabbed the bag off the counter tried to turn her back to me as much as she could. It was more of a side view? I saw her reach into the front of her pants down the front of her pants and then put her hands back in my bag. I immediately told the young man I wanted a refund. I was not about to take our food, where a girl had stuck her hands in her pants and back in my bag. An older lady came over and told me she would like to know why I wanted a refund in order to refund me and I told her that that girl had just put her hands in the front of her pants and then stuck her hand in my bag. She refunded me $40.08. So not only do they have a girl by the name of Angie, who likes to stick her hands in her pants and in peoples food, but then you don’t even get your refund amount. Yes it’s only a dollar but that’s not the point.
